Hamlet Window Cleaning & Power Washing

The owner was extremely unprofessional. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone because of the lack of respect of the owner. When I asked him a question about his workers, he became extremely argumentative. He made it seem like I had no idea what I was talking about. He screamed at me in front of my children and they were extremely upset about that! He even continued yelling at me while he was leaving my house. My children were even more upset than I was. I would never recommend a company where the owner is that disrespectful!

They did an excellent job. Instead of spraying the deck they painted the stain on. The quality of their work was superb. I would definitely recommend them.

The estimator promised all the above services. The crew arrived in the afternoon when they had been scheduled for the first thing in the morning. They did call to say they would be late, but the person who called me gave me a detailed account of the difficult customer they had encounter to make them late. Very unprofessional. When they arrived the foreman on the job, (it was a crew of three), told me that he could not power wash the full height of the building because it was too high. When I asked why the owner did not tell me that when he looked at the job, I was told he does that all the time. This foreman stood in my house talking incessantly about his wealthy parents. No matter what I did he would not go away! I finally told him that I had some phone calls to make and he went outside. He was constantly berating his workers, who quite frankly were trying to do a good job. Sadly, the workers were two young boys and were really not trained to wash windows. In short; none of the sills were cleaned, none of the tracks were cleaned and there were drips and streaks on many of the windows. I called the owner to complain. instead of coming to inspect the job, he sent back the same crew. The work was horrendous..
