The company is very responsive. Someone was always available to take calls. My only complaint is that I received three different prices in one day. I called three times and each time I spoke with a different person who gave me a different price. They weren't wildly different but it was enough to question if the people I spoke with knew what they were saying. We still chose the company since they had the cheapest price. They delivered the next morning and I was happy that they came early. The topsoil was beautiful. It was a nice, rich black and we only found a couple of stray rocks here and there. I know it was good quality topsoil since my plants and grass have thrived in the two months since we put it down. I will definitely go with this company again in the fall since we had such a good experience. To be fair, I think some of the price differences I was given had to do with the delivery fee. The original price for the topsoil never varied. It was the delivery fee that was quoted differently.
