The deck replacement was delivered on time and the workmanship was excellent. The crew was friendly, polite and cleaned up after themselves. Sean was always available to discuss the project and attended to all the details we discussed in a timely manner. My wife and I are delighted with the results.

Words cannot begin to express how happy we are with our new front porch. We have done several large home renovations in the past year, Sean Decker and his team were by far the most professional and enjoyable to work with. Sean is professional, punctual, courteous and an excellent communicator. His attention to the details and finishings were above and beyond. He completed the project faster then anticipated. Decker and his crew did a phenomenal job on our deck! Their work completely exceeded our expectations. We met Decker for an estimate a year ago for this project. But based alone on his professionalism, honesty, expertise and innovative ideas we immediately recommended him to my mother for a deck project which is just another glowing review. Fast forward a year later when we were ready to get started, Decker was considerate of our budget, honored the timeline and was responsive throughout the whole process. He arrived with his crew on time everyday until the job was done and they finished 2 days early! We are so grateful for their hard work and attention to detail. They went above and beyond to truly make sure we would enjoy the deck by doing a great job cleaning up and even taking a HUGE pile of broken fences that was near the deck to the dump for us!!! We honestly couldn’t be happier and look forward to more projects with Decker!

I hired him last year to rebuild our deck and they did such a thorough job I had them install new windows and siding on my house last month.They were detailed, professional and responsive. Sean and staff did an excellent job of restoring deck to original position and restoring structural integrity to deck. Added concrete footings and girder to ensure deck would not collapse. Work was done professional and timely.

Sean did survey of job on 5/27, advised would get back to me in a few days, but never bothered to call back. 95% of Angie's list contractors do not no properly communicate or follow-up with clients. Angie's list is a service that does not accurately track 'customer service' skills, which is a key component to any contracted job. Contractors who do not call back after requested calls are made for updates, take many days to respond, promise estimates and then disappear into the night, or "accidently" leave off key items on their estimate, then advise that it will cost more to add it-all customer service skills, should be rated in this separate category as well.

Terrific. Sean Decker did a fabulous job. He took his time and crossed all of his T's and dotted all of his I's. It looks "great", and I'm over-the-moon. I would recommend him to everybody. He was also very neat and clean when finished.

Better than I could have imagined. He took his time and did not take any shortcuts. He framed the lattice with Aztec. He redid a specific area that was not plum. I did not notice it and most other contractors would have just left it as is. He built a door so I can get under the deck if I need to. This was not discussed when I hired him. He took it upon himself to do the right thing. He framed the door beautifully. I've had some many contractors over the years. Most just want to get in and get out. 90% would not have put the door in without me asking (and if I did I'm sure they would have charged me more money. I will use him for other work in the future (reface my deck, siding).

Sean Decker is by far the best contractor we have ever used. FIVE STARS is and understatement. He replaced all our rotted poles, steps and railings on our front porch. We have been homeowners for 25 years and have seen our share of contractors. I could only wish they were all like him. He is priced below other contractors, professional, clean, puts in more than a full days work, does extra, and simply goes above and beyond what is expected. He also does many other home improvement projects. We will definitely use him again. Give him a call...you will be happy you did. We were blessed to have found you!
