I found the company to be very professional. I called them on 8/30/17 at 1 PM and they picked up the phone within 3 rings. Within 5 minutes they were schedule to do a home inspection. I thought it would cost something but it turned out there is no fee for inspection. They sent over Luca, who has 18 years of experience and he spent over an hour thoroughly inspecting furniture and beds throughout my home. He did find several worm-like bugs called carpet beetles. One was dead and embedded on the underside of my box-spring. Luca presented me with several options including a heat treatment for the room (not-advised because bugs will travel to other areas), house (preferred and guaranteed) or chemical treatments. He didn't pressure me with agressive sales tactics. Even provided me with several options that could be used as preventative measures against being bit until we figure out our next steps. I am considering what to do next. I would highly recommend this organization that appears to have professionalism, expertise and capabilities to provide the most up to date non-toxic pest control.

He gave me several options, which I am considering currently including heat treatments, chemical treatments etc. Was professional and had the expertise I was looking for. He also wasnt using aggressive sale techniques which I appreciated. I have to decide what the next steps are but was very impressed by our interaction and surpised to learn that the inspection was free.

I had a serious problem with mice-no matter what I did or who I hired, they eventually reappeared. I was away for 2 months.When I returned, my house was overrun by mice. It was horrible & scary. Guy & his crew are off the chart amazing.The problem had been going on for years-I was clueless how bad it really was. I began sleeping with the TV on, sound full blast, so I wouldn't hear them at night. Guy found numerous holes, even under the siding.They sealed them all up, set out bait & traps where I wouldn't see any mice (dead or alive...) came often to check them & made sure the problem was solved. Amazing! Guy & every member of his crew could not have been kinder or more professional. Finally my problem is solved! I cannot praise Guy & SKYWAY enough. I HIGHLY recommend them. I wish I had hired him sooner. These animals did thousands of $ in damage. Guy came every other day for over a month to make sure no animals were hiding & all entrances were totally sealed. I am beyond satisfied!

One thing I really liked is that the person who came was really prompt. He was here when he promised to be here. He came highly recommended.

I have been to all the big companies, but this over rates them in everywhere. As far as price, service and every way I can think of. He was here for the first service in spring time and he set everything up. The annual price I pay is $600 which is pretty much half the price of all the other big companies. He was recommended to me by a friend and it was after I tried some other big companies. The other companies were also not as thorough as this company is.
