His crew was able to remove and cover house and garage roofs in two days, avoiding a rain storm in evening. From first appointment to give an estimate to last contact, we found Mike Bates to explain the installation clearly, to be patient in our delay in choosing color, and he and his crew to be prompt, efficient, polite, and tidy during the whole two-day installation period. All promises were met, and we are very, very pleased with the entire job.
Description of Work: removed old roof and installed new roof on our ranch-styled house and also our double car garage.

Description of Work: Mike Bates completed the entire rip down of our siding and resided our entire home including aornmental window and door framing as well as all venting, etc. Mike completed the tear down and rebuilding of our fromt proch and completed an amazing professional and beautiful front porch that we cannot stop getting compliments. Mike also repaired the doors and replaced all of our gutters and leaders. Additionally Mike renovated our entire 50 year old original bathroom and created a baeutiful amazing highly functional bathroom that is the envy of our friends and family. All work was done professionally, cleanly, meticulously and with care. They treated my home as though they were building their own. Mike not only completed the work but went through the planning process and was right within budget. It was the best experience we have ever had in our 24 years of marriage with contractors. I would HIGHLY recommend M. Bates and Company to everyone who is looking for a fantastic experience regarding renovation and building or all kinds.

+ 1 moreMr Bates and his team were well coordinated. I found them to be very neat, polite and very thoughtful of our pets. They used top qualilty windows and siding. The job ended up looking better than we expected. I like that we were allowed to make up on own minds without Mr. Bates tying to power sell. My neighbor has already asked if I would recommend this company and my answer is, yes!
