Could not have been better! They showed up on time, removed a number of trees and ground the stump. they cleaned it all up afterwards. Kiel's is the best and I recommend them to everyone. Thanks, Kiel.

Giant thank you to Kiel and his crew. Professional, courteous, efficient, reliable. We hired them to remove numerous dead and dying privacy tress in backyard. Same day call back, short wait time for initial consultation, fair pricing. Proposed contract emailed promptly, changes made 3 times without any issues. On day of work, not only did they show consideration of our property, but also our neighbor , and our neighborhood. Certain heavy equipment had to be brought into our backyard via neighbors property, they showed extreme care and diligence in doing so. Also, he protected our neighbors with proper spacing of his large vehicles in front of our home, numerous safety cones and signs placed down. Finished job was better than expected. Thank you again to Kiel and his entire team, highly recommended, pleasure to work with.

Kiel’s is the best tree service around , they are very professional and there price was the lowest out of 4 estimates we received. The tree was very large and needed two days for the removal every time they were done they cleaned up leaving nothing on the driveway. If you need any type of tree care done I would like to highly recommend Kiel and his team. They are professional, knowledgeable, meticulous and just great to work with... I had 7 large trees on my property which had to come down. They were tricky removals and each one was executed with such care and precision that it fell exactly where it was supposed to go without damaging anything else. They also removed a VERY large limb which was over the house. This limb was a growing concern of mine with each years passing. I knew it had to go but was fearful whether it could be done without damaging the driveway or my 65 year old azaleas, let alone the house.. Well, again it was removed with such care and percision that my Dad, who is 87 and watched the process said, "That was amazing!" Yes, it was truly amazing to watch such skilled tree professionals in action. As far as cleanup, my property was left immaculate. They cleaned up every day and not a twig was left on the property.. Honestly, it did not look like they were at my home for 2 days.. :)) So, if you're looking for a professional tree care company who cares about their customers, does amazing work with fair prices, I HIGHLY recommend Kiel's Tree Care. Kiel's tree service came to do the work when they said they would and did an excellent job cleaning up nearby damaged tree. Work was completed in a timely manner and price was very reasonable.

Kiel is a total professional. We have used his services before, and recently needed a tree removed following a damaging wind storm. Kiel and his crew showed up as agreed, and removed the tree quickly. They were courteous and hard-working. I would use Kiel's Tree Service again.

The crew showed up on time and ready to work. Job was done in time frame specified. Extra limbs and debris were taken without any additional cost. Clean up was excellent! Very satisfied!

Kiel and his team had to reschedule twice due to circumstances beyond their control. Each time, Kiel called and notified me with plenty of time in advance of each reschedule. On the day of the service, the men showed up exactly when they said they would and got straight to work. The men surveyed the yards and took every precaution necessary to ensure that my property was protected. He even had safety cones and signs in the street to warn local drivers. With each branch removal, the men carefully guided each limb until it landed safely on the ground, making sure that no shrubs or fences were damaged in the process. After the trees had been removed, the men raked the property, used a leaf blower to remove any additional debris and made sure that every branch, piece of wood, stick and limb were cleaned up. I would absolutely recommend Kiel to anyone looking for tree removal. No job is too big or too small.

The service was excellent. They were highly skilled, careful, courteous, and cleaned up very well. It was a difficult job, working around the house and power lines. They had a crew of six guys and worked from 8 AM to 5 PM for two days with a half hour lunch break. They had all the right equipment and training. They were very safety conscious.

They worked rapidly, did the work we agreed on, ground the stump well below ground level, removed roots above ground and left the site neat when finished.

Came on time. Did a great job pruning and cutting back for health and safety of trees. If I asked them to cut back a little more on some trees when they finished, they happily did so. Everyone who was here was pleasant. They also did a great job cleaning up the mess when they were finished. I would highly recommend them.

I was extremely impressed with the service, responsiveness, and price. Kiel responded quickly to my request and provided me with a very competitive quote for pruning and removing several trees. Prior to the work, the company took care of obtaining all of the required permits and kept me informed throughout the process. On the day of scheduled service, the crew arrived on time and completed the work promptly for the agreed price. The Kiel team were on time, courteous, did a great job both cutting down the tree and cleaning up. They were in our neighbor's property to use the bucket and left it impeccable. Neighbor was also happy we chopped the tree down. The Kiel team also pruned some of the trees in the front of the house that were hanging over our power line coming to the house. Great job all around! Will use them again!

Kiel also found another large oak tree that was not going to last very long with the potential to fall on my house. I had him rmove this tree as well as the 2 that had previously fallen during our recent nor'easters. The work was performed the next day and my yard was left spotless..

As we moved recently to this area, we wanted to shape some of our trees and lower our tree line to allow more sun to the backyard. Kiel was highly professional from the first visit to the close of the service. He accommodated all of our requests and then some. Kiel was very patient in answering all of our concerns associated with cutting the trees as we did not want any long term implication. In our interaction, it was evident that Kiel was very passionate about his work and very proud of the work that he does. Kiel and his crew were excellent. They were right on schedule on a daily basis and left the area spotless after the work was done. They had shaped and pruned our favorite trees to perfection.

The team arrived on time, went over the order, and proceeded to work. The job was professionally done and exceeded my expectations. All limbs and tree parts were removed and the work area was cleaned as well. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!
