They were great. The Forman kept control of the men, the guys worked very well together, and they were careful to selectively trim my beautiful trees. They had grinder a few stumps and came right back when I asked them to grind down further for a driveway installation.

Went well. Everything was cut up and neatly piled. They were able to take down the tree without damaging other plants. They made sure to clean up before they left.

Job went very well. Kiel took care of securing town permits prior to tree removal. Had to wait about 6 weeks for town permits to be approved. Property looks better after removal of tree clutter. Cleanup went well.

Kiel was very helpful in getting permission from the town to remove a tree that was undermining my driveway and in arranging for PSEG to top it. The PSEG crew arrived unexpectedly at the end of the day, topped the tree and left an 8 ft. high pile of debris in my driveway to be rained on all night. Kiel came the next afternoon, removed the remainder of the tree and cleaned up both my property and my neighbor's. He returned the following day and ground the stump deep enough to ensure a good base for the new asphalt. The man truly understands customer service. I know that he is very busy and appreciate that he did not put me at the end of the line but rather fit me in between jobs to minimize our inconvenience. This is the second project that I have done with Kiel's Tree Care this year. Kiel does first class work. He is prompt, works clean, and prices the job fairly. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

Five men arrived on time and promptly went to work. Because of their location on the property, some trees were quite difficult to cut down. All of the trees were taken down safely in a few hours and all debris removed from our property as well as our neighbors'. Of the three estimates we received, Kiel was the only one who advised us that our town required a permit to remove the trees, which he applied for himself on our behalf. He took the time to answer all of our questions and was the most knowledgeable. He will be coming back in the winter to trim our 100 year old oak tree. I would not trust anyone else to do this. Kiel's Tree Care gets my highest recommendation!

It went very well. Four people arrived on time and proceeded to do the job that lasted approximately 3 hours. There was no damage to existing shrubs and all the branches and limbs were taken away and the yard and driveway cleaned up. They were very polite and listened to what we wanted done. All in all they did a very good job.
