Cheap Charlie's Tree Service

They didn't show up for the first two attempts just to get an estimate and didn't even bother to call, when I finally got the appointment to do the work the confirmed it a few days before and never showed up again and no phone call again. Left several messages never call me back. I stayed home for 3 different days changed my other appointments for them and they didn't even seem to care. Find someone else!!

I would like to warn people that may consider cheap charlies tree service. They are very unprofessional and practice unethical business practices. I used them to trim 6 trees and they quoted me a price. When they got there they hustled us into cutting more branches down that they claim weren't on the original estimate. They left a mess and damaged my property.

It wasn't important enough for them to come back and clean up all the debris that was left on my property. Said they would come back but never did. Neighbor had work done cleaned their side and left all debris on my side.

Scheduled an estimate, that went fine. Agreed to contract. Faxed, emailed it and set up a date. Day of schedule, nothing. It turns out Rosa just came back for the season and Anthony is just a crew member that didn’t know what he was doing. Good luck with these incompetent fools.

The price was must cheaper than the other quotes but I guess you get what you pay for. The trees were taken down by just sawing off sections of the trees and letting them fall from 20 feet in the air. My issues are: 1) They broke my wife's birdbath which was on the other side of the house and then tried to hide it in the bushes 2) Broke my sprinkler system as a result of the large trunks being dropped from the air 3) Cracked the stones around the edge of my patio 4) Left large tire tracks in the yard 5) They were going to leave the yard littered with their bottles until I told them I wouldn't pay until that was cleaned up. I found more bottles and chainsaw blades in the bushes around my house the next day
