Allied/All City

Description of Work: I had water seeping into my basement thru the foundation wall from the water line that comes in from the street. I called Allied/All City on a Monday morning, they sent a field rep to inspect the problem first hand that afternoon. I complete inspection was done both inside and outside, and explained to me as I accompanied him. His diagnosis was correct, as I had two previous people give me incorrect information about what ws wrong, and what was necessary to fix it. He wrote up his report. The next morning I got a call from Allied/ All City that the scope of work report was submitted and approved by my insurance company. They sceduled the work for Friday at 8:30 AM. At precisely 8:30 Nick and crew showed up and a completed all necessary work both inside and outside in the most professional manner, explaining everything they were doing step by step. They dug up, replaced all leaking pipes, waterproofed both inside and out, cemented and filled in everything, and cleaned up before they left. My basement is now dry as a bone. I couldn't be more pleased.
