+ 4 moreMy husband and I live and work two hours away from the lake house. Angelo and Shirley were great at communicating, wanting to make sure that we were happy with the work. If there were any questions or issues, they addressed them immediately. They were more than willing to run numbers for us when we were trying to decide on options that came up ( type of siding, type of flooring, etc) and let us decide. Angelo's team were did nice work in a very timely fashion. Everything (lists in what did the provider do) was managed well, and we are very pleased with the outcome of the house. It looks fantastic. We would definitely recommend them to family and friends.
Description of Work: Angelo Valentino and his team completely renovated our 1,000 sq ft lake house. Footers in crawl space were repaired or replaced as needed. In living area, two walls (one load bearing) were removed, ceiling was cathedralled and two load bearing beams were added, bathroom and kitchen were completely gutted and rebuilt, enclosed screened in porch was made to be a part of the house, siding was replaced, closet was built for washer and drier, acted as GC for electrical and refinishing of wood flooring, removed scrap from around the house.
