SOLOMON CONCRETE & EXCAVATING

we contracted Solomon Concrete & Excavating , also known as T&T Towers, to pour a new concrete walk way around our new pool & to pour a larger sitting area off to the side of our pool. Mr Solomon completed the job in a timely manner. Once the job was complete, Mr. Solomon stated that his work has a 1 year warranty, It was completed on July st 2011. In November of 2011 my wife & I noticed that we had SEVERAL cracks in our NEW concrete. We contacted Mr Todd Solomon & told him of our problem, after SEVERAL weeks, he finally stopped to see us & the concrete. he told us, " don't worry, I've been doing this for years & I will take care of it." After several attempts trying to get him to our residence, throughout the summer, he tells us, that its his fault the concrete has cracks. I ask "Why?" he states, I didn't put enough stress cracks in nor did I use run a crush under the concrete. Mr Solomon states he would cut out the cracks & epoxy the concrete. I asked if it would be noticeable & he states, why of course it would be. I told him at that point, thats not what I want. Then he states, he will replace the sections that need to be replaced, I agreed to that. Since so much time has gone by , I asked Mr. Solomon if he would sign a contract stating that he would fix the concrete after this winter of 2012, he said, "yes". My wife drew up the contract, we have made SEVERAL appointments for him to stop & sign it & he never shows up. NOW, Mr Todd Solomon states, he IS NOT going to fix it & it is my problem
