Description of Work: I have used this firm for a number of years for annual furnace cleaning and check up. No complaints, they are always friendly, honest and punctual. I only gave them a B for pricing, always feel it could be slightly cheaper, but it's not outrageous so I will use them again.

Description of Work: I had several estimates performed by multiple providers. Breathe Easy was the the only one to follow-up promptly, most did not follow-up at all. Also, they were the only company to offer and explain the different efficiency (Seer) options.

+ -1 moreThis was the 2nd time, I have dealt with this company. In a previous home, I had a new furnace installed. I didn't hesitate to call Breathe Easy, when I moved and needed new gas lines. The entire process was very smooth. He came in for an estimate and scheduled an installation. Once, the gas line was in the furnace,it would not come back up, Herb stayed until it was up and he was satisfied we had heat and were safe. He had called me the next day and told me, that he had noticed some duct work, that he was not comfortable with and did some research on it. He found that, that system had been recalled. He gave me all the information I needed, including the phone number, to resolve the problem. Because of his help, I was able to replace the unsafe duct work and the furnace that was recalled.
Description of Work: Herb came in to install gas lines for dryer. Upon turning the furnace back on, noticed there were serious problems with the furnace. He did some research on my furnace and called me the next day and told me the entire unit, was on recall. Gave me contact numbers, to resolve the problem and came back to install the furnace.
