It was Pete who did the job and he came when he was scheduled to come. He did a very good job. Chimney cleaning can be a messy job but when Pete left the house there was no dust from the cleaning. He also,advised me that our exhaust chimney in the back of our house needed repair as bricks were missing from the chimney and could be a potential problem in the future. I would not have noticed this if he didn't mention it.

Pete was on time and came immediately. Great service and was very meticulous in making sure everything was done right. Will definitely use him again.

The crew sent did a very good job. We were very happy with the service and will continue to use them again, and refer them, in the future.

Pete was punctual, helpful, explained options but didn't sell us on anything we didn't need. He built our trust which is why we called him back for subsequent work.

It went well. They were very nice, professional, carefully moved my furniture and put down a drop cloth and worked quietly and efficiently and put everything back upon completion of the job.

I had an appointment scheduled with him and he did not show. I called him to ask why he did not show up and he said he does not work on that day. So we rescheduled; he again did not show up. I called again and asked why he did not show, he said I did not ever have the appointment. And he was rude while I was speaking with him. I felt he could have been more professional even if I was wrong.

Chimney Pete, the owner, arrived on time and was extremely professional. One perfect example is that the day he came it was raining outside and removed his shoes at the front door before being asked to, which not many contractors do. He performed and standard chimney cleaning for us and gave an estimate on repairs that we need. Over all he was great and would recommend him to anyone.

The gentleman I spoke with said that he didn't recall listing a deal on Angie's List, and said that taking my money would be stealing. I felt that he was very honest and straightforward. I am getting my money back from Angie's List and will definitely use this provider in the future.

Pete's Chimney & Gutter is great. I called with a fairly significant chimney problem on Thursday afternoon. They came to give me an estimate on Friday, and had 4 guys rebuilding the chimney by Saturday morning. Pete and his guys are knowledgeable, clean, prompt, reasonably priced, and a pleasure to deal with. I wish every contractor I hired made life this easy. Highly recommend.

The service rep was polite and efficient, and seemed to really know what he was doing.

Pete made everything so easy. He inspected the chimney and dropped off the estimate within a couple days of my initial contact. If I didn't call him back, he would follow up with me. He even responded and followed up when he was in the hospital. We got two other estimates. Both said we needed so much more work that was twice as expensive. But we didn't hire Pete because he was less expensive. I was so impressed with how professional he was that we discussed the amount of work the chimney needed and his thorough explanation showed me he was the right person for the job. I am so glad we hired him. His crew showed up on time, cleaned up, explained everything, and were very easy to work with. Plus they finished one day earlier than promised. We will definitely hire Pete for work in the future.

Really efficient no nonsense group who are also helpful and free with advice. Show up early. Don't leave a mess. Explain what they are doing. Stick to the estimate. Professional and respectful. Will use them again and recommend them to friends.

They came when they said they were going to come. They did the work and they were excellent. I heard about them through our mechanic. If you hire them, you can expect somebody that shows up on time, somebody that does an excellent job that cleans up the work site and that has good workers. They are a little expensive but you get what you pay for.

We used Angie's List to find a provider and we picked 3 to contact. Wasn't impressed with the response of the other two. In fact Pete's had finished the job for a couple of days before we heard from anyone else. My husband contacted them by email and got a call back right away. He explained the problem and they had an appointment the next day (Saturday). They said they would be here between 8 and 9 in the morning and they were. ( I was concerned because we still had snow!) They got right to work cleaning and inspecting the flue, the stove , the roof in general. They were neat and clean and the only way you knew they were there cleaning the stove was you could see the tiles again! Not a spec of mess was left. They checked the general condition of the roof while they were there and found some spots that need attention, giving us a quote right then. What I liked was there was no pressure to do the work right away. In fact they suggested waiting until things dry out. I liked the demeanor, professionalism, punctuality and the lack of disruption to our routine while doing the job. I would definitely use them again.

Pete and his guys did a very thorough job. I complained that I was getting smoke in the house. Pete took the time to explain that the chimney cap I had was all wrong. It was a commercial cap and not designed for a home wood burning fireplace. He also showed me that the waste cover in the firepalce was cracked. He replaced the cap and cover. I cannot believe how well the chimeny works now. Great job.

The crew showed up on time and started working immediately. Joseph and the rest of the crew were very professional. Joe showed me a video he took on the roof to pinpoint the problems with the chimney crown. They provided an estimate for the chimney repair work which was very reasonable. Their prices for chimney sweep and dryer vent cleaning are very competitive. We've scheduled the chimney repair work and we'll write a review once it is done.

Everything went well. He showed up for the appointments on time and finished in a timely fashion. His prices were comparable. However, he gave us an estimate on an air duct cleaning project, and we had set up an appointment. He kept rescheduling our appointment and ended up never following through.

Pete and his team all showed as planned on a Saturday since I wanted the chimney cleaned before the Super Bowl. They were professional, friendly, and full of information. Afterwards, Pete also even provided some free consultation on some landscaping work I needed performed, and even advised against using his services since it was not the right fit.

He cleans gutters and chimneys, he does a lot of different kinds of things. He is fantastic. He is fabulous. They show up when they say they will, they do a great job and clean up after themselves. He does gutters, chimney sweeping, clean out dryers. They always run ads which is how I found him but I had also met him through something in the neighborhood which is why I trust him over other people. I was thrilled. They gave great service, they were on time, they were honest and told me what I needed after the inspection. I knew and understood what they said and they were absolutely right. They told me what would eventually happen and what I could do, they didn't push me to get something I didn't need. They gave me options on prices. They took care of it. His price was in the ball park of everyone else. He was running a special, no one's special was lower than his. His was licensed and insured and some of the ads didn't say that. They gave me a specific time they would arrive and came at that time. I'm going to have them do more work for me in the future.
