Description of Work: Cleaned chimney- extremely fast. In fact speed seemed to be the most important factor. They came rushing in and flew through the job so fast they had me helping to clear the chairs out of their way as fast as possible. The owner, Pete, described a problem requiring repair but was clearly in a huge hurry to say what he wanted to and get home. He was sarcastic and condescending about my husband not cleaning out gutters well enough. He was intent in warning me that my chimney was in dire need of repair extremely quickly - to the point that it seemed like scare tactics. I had two other contractors in to examine it since and am having it repaired but neither said it had to happen as quickly as possible. I don't know how true this was, but work did need to be done. | |I was very disappointed to discover he never even checked the chimney for my furnace which a subsequent contractor said needs cleaning. That should have been checked and cleaned when Pete was there - doing both at once would have cost less and been one less appt to juggle.

Description of Work: Cleaned 2 chimneys. Checked for any wear or damage. Recommended a needed repair. They were on time and did exactly what they were called to do. They kept the work area very clean.

Description of Work: Spoke with Pete but did not meet him. Professional. Crew showed up on schedule, and cleaned up after themselves. We had our chimney cleaned with wire brush and vacuumed ($99). A week later we had our gutters cleaned by hand, renailed, and flushed with a hose on the second/third story of a large, tall house ($175). | |The prices for work performed was fair. | |They provided quotes for additional work which I chose not to have done, and there was no pressure to have this work performed. |
