Description of Work: Frank J. Tucek and Son, Inc., did the following: Gave our house a beautiful, watertight new roof; a gorgeous, sparkling skylight; a totally rebuilt front portico; fresh exterior stucco panels to replace worn-out panels (and, in the process, found and eliminated the incipient dry rot to our foundation); and, just in time for Christmas, installed 15 brand new double pane windows. The men never stopped working the entire time they were here, and they were friendly, polite, and completely professional. My shrubbery is completely undamaged; I can't find an abandoned nail or a scrap of debris anywhere; the crew vacuumed before they left, painted the window frames to perfection, and put everything they'd needed to move back where it belonged. On top of all that, since one of my parents has been seriously ill, they worked with me on scheduling so I'd be free to go visit the hospital whenever I needed to. Marc, Orlando, James and Elicio were all incredibly wonderful, and Marc in particular went wayyyyy out of his way to find the weird-shaped casement windows we needed, even attending a conference for a new window brand! I can't tell you how impressed I am, and I am recommending this company to everybody in sight. Oh, and Marc was also able to give me referrals to other contractors for electrical work, asphalt pouring, etc., all of whom turned out to have equally high standards and similarly excellent service integrity.

 + 0 moreFrom start to finish, it was a great experience. They were professional, timely and cleaned up after completing the work. They had a tough job to do with our home, as there were unforeseen issues that developed, but they were handled with ease. I have to give special kudos to Marc Cosimano, who was the person who first met with us to inspect our roof and provide the estimate. His follow-up was exceptional and he was fully involved in every aspect of the job, right down to the last nail. Their work speaks for itself, as many of our fellow neighbors have chosen Tucek as well, but having Marc there, available and hands-on, really made a big difference. We're very happy and would wholeheartedly recommend Tucek Roofing.
Description of Work: We hired Tucek Roofing to replace our roof, as well as the gutters and soffits, on our home. We also ended up needing the assistance of a Mason, which Tucek assisted us in recommending someone they use and who worked along with them in taking care of what needed to be done.

The crew led by Joe V and head roofer Orlando worked efficiently with extreme attention to detail. His lead mechanic was excellent, and as a matter of fact I am calling them back to replace the skylight that was not his fault, but it was old and I have to replace it as I have a leak; it was through their workmanship, but it is just something that has deteriorated over time.
Description of Work: I used Frank J. Tucek & Son Inc. for roofing work. They ripped off the shingles completely and replaced.

Description of Work: Started calling on Fri. PM. Didn't return my phone calls till Mon AM so no work performed. Said they do not work on weekends nor do they check messages on the weekends.

Description of Work: they replaced a new roof (GAF) for our 45 foot high ranch home. Removed the old roof (did not leave any debris in our yard). completed the job in a day. No leaks so far. It has been 6 yrs No problem.

 + -1 moreThey repaired that leak around the vent, and the very next time it rained, it still leaked. I called them, and they said that they did not guarantee roof repairs. They came back and redid the job and charged me. It was a little bit less than the first time, but still, they did charge me. This time the repair did work. I would not call them again.
Description of Work: I had them come out and repair a leak on the roof of my house. There was a leak around the vent.

 + 0 moreI was very satisfied with them. They came in and did what they were supposed to. They cleaned the whole yard when they were done, including leaves! The only problem I had was that I had a leak in a section of flat roof. When I called them they came out and fixed it. The roof looks really good.

 + -1 moreI CAN'T REALLY SAY ANYTHING ABOUT THE PRICE UNLESS YOU COULD SEE WHAT KIND OF WORK NEEDED TO BE DONE. THE JOB TOOK LIKE SIX HOURS WITH TWO MEN, AND THEY CHARGE BY MANPOWER AND ALL THAT. IT WAS A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. THEY WERE VERY ATTENTIVE. I DON'T HAVE A PROBLEM. HE GAVE ME HIS NAME AND HIS CELL PHONE AND SAID IF I HAD ANY PROBLEMS TO CALL HIM RIGHT BACK. HE GAVE ME THE FASTEST WAY TO REACH HIM.
Description of Work: THEY WERE REPLACING GUTTERS ON THE FIRST FLOOR, AND PUTTING NEW FLASHING OVER THE PORCH.
