Matt was highly recommended to us so we gave him a call when our heater stopped working. Matt instantly knew what the problem was and fixed it. Terrific customer service, reasonably priced and a true expert. Furthermore, Matt checked in the following week to make sure all was well.

Mathew from Climate Control is the BEST in the business. He won't overcharge your or tell you that you need something you don't. He's honest, prompt, friendly, quality work and I will always refer him to anyone that needs his services. Good honest servicemen like him are hard to find. He answered my call on the Fourth of July weekend when no one else would help me and we had a horrible heat wave.

Overall... Not well. Called a different company and getting it fixed without a problem.

He seemed very knowledgeable and told me some information that other companies (this was my 3rd estimate) did not volunteer. Such as the other estimates include up to 6% for financing (even if you are not planning on financing the project), so, if you pay cash you should be able to talk other companies down 6% on the price. He also said that Angie's list has been trying to get him to join but that he doesn't want to pay (?) and he goes by word of mouth. Anyway, I felt I could trust the job to him. He said he would drop off the written estimate in the mailbox the next day. When I did not find it, I called several times and left messages. He uses an answering service, there is no office. But none of my 3 calls were returned. I guess he did not want the job. Not a total waste of my time since I thought he offered some interesting information regarding placement of ducts and such which I had not considered before, but very unprofessional of him not to follow up or return phone calls.

The last service was free because the technician installed the air conditioning system and for whatever reason the heater wasn?t working. So he came back and hooked up the heater, but didn?t charge me anything. He was very neat and clean which was an extreme requirement for me because I am really particular about my house and I have white carpets too. So he was very conscientious about that. He runs a small operation. He is on his own with some helpers along with him. You don?t get all the benefits of a big company. He does a good job and doesn?t make a mess. He came and installed the unit. I would tell people to at least get an estimate from him. I didn?t have any problems with the quality of his work.

I got several estimates and his was one of the lower ones. The owner is Matt Zugibe and he was great. He completed the job in one day. He was really good and he did it for less. I would recommend him and he is very experienced and has been in the business for a long time. He doesn't believe in overcharging people or charging them for things they don't really need. He seemed like a really honest guy. I would definitely call him for any follow up or maintenance.
