 + -1 moreThe company arrived at the job site earier than was scheduled. Had to wait for tank to be installed, before they could start doing their work. Once tank installation was complete, started doing the water/electric lines extensions. Started covering lines before any water pressure was applied to see if there were any leaks. This was not good ! Anyway, once job was complete and all were paid, I returned to Richmond, Va. , thinkiing everything as all right. Three days later, I received a call from NY, stating the tenants were out of water, so I made a trip back to NY, to try and find out what was wrong after I had spent close to $5000 !! I hired another individual to dig up the water line from the tank to the house and it was then that we found the ruptured water line. If we (Upstate) had checked the water lines under pressure before all of this work had been done, we would have found the problem and saved me money as well as making two different trips to NY.
Description of Work: Relocated power / water lines and installed new pump timer. I had a new holding tank installed by a different company and Upstate Water Systems did the additional electric/water lines, plus a new timer for submerisble pump. Did not have all the necessary materials (on site) to compete the job after reviewing work content. Made many trips to different stores to get materials. Asked me how much I paid the other company whom installed the holding tank, not very professional. I think the cost of $500 (part of total cost), to extend water / eectric ~ 5 ft and and attach to new tank was excessive.

 + -1 moreThey were my original water people three years ago when I bought my house and then I just had a big upgrade to my system so I have had work done on and off for the last couple of months. They are very dependable and reasonable. There are no surprises. Comparing price, I called all the other major national ones, their prices were way higher than what I got done by this company.
Description of Work: I used Upstate Water Systems for quite a bit of work in the last couple of months.
