Glenn figured out what would work best for us. He came a few days later and was great! Really nice guy, very professional and did an excellent job. We will definitely use Glenn Miller again. The price included the cost of the 3 deadbolt locks, one of which had a keypad.

Glenn showed up on time, introduced himself and provided us with identification. He replaced all three locks in less than a half hour and provided us with 10 new keys. The keys & locks work very smoothly. A very professional job, by a true locksmith. I would strongly recommend Glenn Miller to anyone. His total charges were also well below what I had expected for his services (which were provided the same day as he was contacted) We are 100% satisfied and will keep his card on hand for future needs.

70He is a very busy man and lives quite a ways from me. He arranged for us to meet at a reasonable distance and arrived at the meeting place on time. The key worked. Incidentally, the maker of the safe has moved to Mexico and cannot be contacted in a normal search.

It went great. The locks/keys work great; he made locks that would be in-copyable as well as what we needed to get new locks made. We also had questions regarding a lock about which we weren't sure of the security; he assured us of their soundness, saving us from getting and from having to pay for unnecessary work done. I would be happ to share the approximate cost but this work was done quite awhile ago so I don't recall, only that it was very reasonable for the amount of work done.

Glenn arrived on time and checked all the locks. I had been having trouble with the keys working and even made new keys and they didn't work either. The person who makes keys at the hardware store told me that I probably needed all new locks because of the age of my house. Glenn looked at them all and told me that the locks are good quality and all he needed to do was clean, lubricate and tighten them. I bought a can of lubricate from him since I had been using the wrong product. Then he made some new keys for me. I would definitely call him again if I have any other problems.

Glenn arrived earlier than the appointed time, but it worked out fine since we were at home. We had purchased an Angie's List deal to have four locks rekeyed, but in order to have all of the locks use the same key, we needed to have the garage door deadbolt replaced. Glenn deducted the price of the Deal to the new total and we paid the difference. Glenn was professional and pleasant, and we would definitely use him again.

Glenn was punctual and professional and arrived with all of the equipment and supplies needed for the job. He was also able to discuss with us our interest in a combination lock for our side door. Although in the end, we decided that it wasn't the right product, he returned to remove it, helped us order the correct type of lock, and he agreed to return to install it.

Really Amazing! Glen just left my house so I wanted to write this review. Glen arrived on time, performed the job and taught me about the locksmith business. I had used another company in the past and they clearly did not do a good job. Glen told me what to look for in choosing a locksmith supplier. He's the real deal with 45 years of service. The project was more involved than both of us had originally thought. Glen arrived with supplies in his truck and was able to complete the job. It was a big job. 12 locks needed to be changed. I highly suggest Glen. He's licensed, bonded and a REAL LOCKSMITH. Don't be fooled by the the other guys. Call Glen and he'll tell you what to ask the other vendors. He's the real deal. If you want it done right, call Glen.
