Description of Work: Re-aligned automatic garage door, weather stripped it, caulked tub, caulked and framed in-the-wall air conditioner, removed old linoleum tile floor and laid laminate wood flooring in mud room, fixed bifold door. John is polite, professional, and responsive. Always returned calls promptly and arrived punctually. I will use him in the future, and I highly recommend him.

Description of Work: John came and did a number of carpentry repairs. He is actually coming back to complete the work early next week. John was very professional and competent.

Description of Work: Took apart an old desk, replaced three door knobs, installed two exterior window shutters. It went very well.

Description of Work: I needed repair work done on my deck. Several of the floor boards and the top railing of the deck were damaged from neglect prior to me owning this house. The pvc lattice was also in bad shape. John replaced about 3/4 of floor boards and put a new top railing around the deck and put a new wood lattice on. He also trimmed down my handrails, because they were a little too wide. Everything came out great. I recently stained everything and it looks like a brand new deck. I have scheduled another project for John inside my home.

Description of Work: John is very friendly and easy to talk to. He arrived on time and was enthusiastic about his work. He did not have all the right tools (I had to provide him with a small screwdriver and a step stool). My primary requirement was for him to fix my bathroom door so it opens and closes easily. He swapped the top and bottom hinges. The door worked fine for two days and is now back to the way it was before the service call. The other small tasks I gave him were done fine.

Description of Work: Company cannot provide the service because we didn't agree on total cost and he is not able to procure the materials needed for the repair.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for 3 hours of general contracting or handyman services.

Description of Work: John was very nice, responsive respectful. He installed a recessed vanity in a very small bathroom and was very careful with everything so nothing was damaged. He also installed a towel warmer on the opposite bathroom wall and a sconce on another wall that had already been wired. It was clear that he has great skills and he was a pleasure to have in my house. He cleaned up afterwards and helped me put away my dropcloths. He was also very helpful in keeping my limited budget in mind and was happy to use my supplies. I could not have gotten any better; other contractors would probably have cut out sheet rock and that would have Involved another 4 hours of labor.

Description of Work: John replaced a kitchen sink for me. He provided excellent communication and completed the job for me with no problems. I highly recommend John and won't hesitate to call him again for work.
