Very, very rude owner! His accounting/invoicing person made a mistake and invoiced me for the incorrect amount. He came by to collect the money (he pushes you to pay cash only), and gave my husband a huge attitude that we didn't have the proper amount of cash ready for him. I then emailed him his own invoice that he sent me... and was expecting an apology. Instead, he got even more nasty and threatening. Beware of this business!

I was quoted, in writing, for $325.00 to have front yard and small back yard cleaned up. Crew showed up and started cleaning up the larger back yard as well even though they were told not to touch the back yard. Received a bill for $450.00 for this service. My neighbor was also quoted the same price and was also billed a higher amount. When I refused to pay the higher amount, I received a visit at my house, demanding payment and was cursed out and called names from this person from the company (I will not mention names). I paid the quoted amount of money and closed my account. I would never use this company or recommend services to anyone, EVER!!

They are prompt because they come when they say they are going to as long as the, weather is permitting them too. They do an excellent job. They are careful not to run over plants. If the drift blows on to the drive way they blow the drive way as well as the patio at the back, every time they cut the grass. My overall experience with them has been good.
