The sales associate in Home Depot , Jerry, was professional, experienced and knowledgeable, and personable. The man they recommend to do the measurements and installation, John, only does doors, and is expert in his job. We benefitted form both these gentlemen's knowledge and experience. The installer had to analyze two new doors purchased at Home Depot, that had been recently installed by a different contractor and both would not close properly.He recognized the error and corrected the probem so the doors could close and lock. He had to cut back capping to allow the two new storm doors to fit. He installed the new front entry door and sidelights. He also picked and packed and delivered all the supplies needed to complete the jobs. The old door and debris was removed.We were satisfied with the buying and installation process. The doors look good. One of the storm doors we purchases is a K9 model with doggie door at the bottom and our two dogs love it.It was a great choice! The Smithtown Home Depot is exceptional, with caring and professional staff.
