Metropolis Exterminating

I was very surprised to see how professional Sergio and his Son Thomas when they came to my house. They were very informative on the work they were going to do and they did the job right the first time. They also did an inspection of the exterior on my house and pointed out that there was termite problem in and around the wooden fence area. They did a fantastic job on the issues I had. They were also very reasonably priced compared to other Pest Control Businesses. I would use them again and I would refer them to my friends and family.

He does an excellent, thorough job every single time he visits. His fees are extremely reasonable and he shows up when he says he will. Over the past 23 years we have needed treatment for ants, hornets, carpenter bees, and termites, (and roaches in a rental house we used to own in Amityville), and every single time Metropolis came to the rescue. He guarantees his work, and personally stands behind every service he provides. We love Metropolis Exterminating!!!

A certified professional came to my door to greet me in a friendly manner. I then walked him to my backyard to show him where the infestation was growing. After he took some time to investigate the situation he walked me through a few possible solutions on how he was going to help me. He then broke down the pricing for me and explained how the chemical treatment he was going to use was going to kill the termites. He took his time and really made sure that the work he was doing was efficient. When he was done he took additional time to go over everything to make sure he didn't overlook anything. He also explained again what I should expect from his work and made me feel as though the problem was gone and after a couple days it was. I would highly recommend this exterminating company because of their friendliness and care. They really made me feel like I was in good hands.
