This provider was contacted for a measurement and estimate for a glass tabletop cover for a wood dining room table. The provider promptly gave me an rough estimate over the phone and then scheduled a appointment to measure and give a final price. The provider called me the day they were coming about a hour before hand letting me know they were on the way. They quickly measured and quoted the final price which was right near the estimate. They stated it took about one week to fabricate the cover and called me as soon as it was done (On Time). The office scheduled the installation and arrived promptly as expected and carefully installed it. They were very meticulous to wipe down, clean the glass, and carefully put it into position. We are very happy with the finished product and would recommend this company to anyone looking for this type of service.

The tech arrived as promised and looked at each unit to be repaired and noticed that one window was slightly older and required a different panel thickness than the one they had made. He made his call and then proceeded to install/repair the other two units. He left and said he would call me later with an answer on the third window. He did call later and said he had the glass and could be there in a little while. The next day was expected to be stormy so he was trying to get it finished for me that day. He replaced the last window and only at that time did I have to pay. Very satisfied with the quality, price, honesty and level of professionalism while performing the repair. In the end it was like having a trusted friend do the repair. Highly recommended!

the main phone is an office. Frank called me back the same day. i made an appointment for the following day and Frank did the repair. He was professional. the shop was clean and the price was the best price of 4 estimates. The job took about 90 minutes which was longer than expected because it was not an easy job. I watched the whole repair. Frank operated the window, it worked great and there was no increase in the price i was given despite the extra time. I am very satisfied with this shop. They are now going to repair my residential thermal windows which have built up condensation.
