Went well from start to finish. When I called, I got the boss, not voice mail. The quality of the workmanship was notable. When they finished for the day, they thoroughly cleaned up. I had overlooked the 5% discount available to Angie's List members. I brought this to Tony's attention after they finished and I had already paid them. Tony promptly gave me $910. That's the kind of guy he is, a guy you can't go wrong with.

We can definitely recommend Tony DiCostanzo. He deserves an A+ rating for his professionalism, sincerity, and willingness to do the best job possible. He took the time to completely assess the issues, and then repaired several spots on our roof. He photographed the spots and discussed them with us so that we could understand the work that was done. His price was fair, and we will definitely call him should further issues arise.

My house looks great and has no more leaks! All the neighbors are making positive comments and also love the new look! "It's like a new house" is the most repeated phrase I hear. I highly recommend this company not just for the work but that the owner is very polite and professional and on scene working with his crew. This is a little long winded, but worth the read. A friend recommended them to us after having siding done to their home. My wife and I were impressed with the quality and fair pricing our friends received. We interviewed 3 different company’s that do siding. One was on the extreme cheap end. That crew was going to install right over falling apart asphalt shingles. Yeah. Nope. Don’t let anyone talk you into that. The next siding company interviewed sent a “representative” over and wasted my time trying to hard sell us. The guy looked like he never picked up a hammer in his life, plus he quoted us really high. Well, I’m not paying for a paper pushers commissions. Finally I talked to Anthony (Tony) who runs his crew. Very likable guy and very responsive to calls/texts/emails. He works alongside his crew and has his hand in everything. Anthony is a perfectionist and stands by his work. His crew members are always smiling and come highly skilled. Pricing was very reasonable considering how much we had done for our home. The man literally bends over backwards to meet your expectations. Honestly, I think Anthonys crew exceeds your expectations. I didn’t just get a job done, I have gained a trustworthy contractor for life. When the time comes, I will certainly call Anthony to redo my roof. Tony was the only contractor that truly understood the cause of failure of the roof shingles. They were 30 year rated and failed, only in one section of the roof in 12 years. Besides just replacing the shingles and some plywood, he improved the ventilation and re-installed the insulation so that the roof could breath. He was highly professional and explained everything he was doing and why.

Anthony came out right away and provided me a detailed estimate including photos of what needed to be fixed. While waiting for an opening to do the work, he constantly kept up apprised of when he thought he could get it done. When weather got in the way, we were notified right away of that and gave an idea of when it would be done. The work itself, tightening up the front siding on the house, was very well done and it looks new again. Excellent!

I've been a homeowner for 45 years. I can say that DiCostanzo Home Improvements is, by far, the best contractor that I ever used. Tony, the proprietor, is the consumate professional. He is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the job. My project lasted 9 days. Tony and his crew showed up every day at 8am and stayed on the jobsite sometimes 9 to 10 hours. The final cost was as quoted. No additional hidden costs. I would highly recommend this contractor to anyone. It's too bad that your ratings don't offer an A+ because I would have given DiCostanzo Home Improvements an A+ right across the board.

We had a BOW WINDOW and three other windows replaced.and front siding replaced. Our house is almost 70 years old, when old siding was removed, there was some areas of water damage and a patchwork of different sheathing. All bad sheathing was replaced, siding installed,windows replaced, facia rebuilt, and soffits replaced. All of the problems were resolved and finished. Tony and the other two carpenters were terrific. We highly recommend DICOSTANZO HOME IMPROVEMENTS.
