+ -1 moreIt seemed the young man he had come do the work was an apprentice. Had no basic parts on the truck. Had to keep going to hardware store to purchase basic items. Charged me $90 in parts that totaled up to about $25 at the local hardware store. Even charged me for the time he needed to go and get the parts! Will not use or recommend again! Total feeling of being ripped off!
Description of Work: Installed my kitchen faucet, moved trap and replaced leaking shut off valve on hot water heater.

+ -1 moreBob and his crew were great. Bob promised the work would be done in two days and it was. Everything he said he would do, he did.
Description of Work: Roughed in a bathroom in the basement, tapped into existing waste line, created drains for a bathtub, toilet and sink plus added a line for a washing machine and utility sink. They also tied into the existing vent stack for proper venting. Moved all exposed water and gas pipes into the jousts so the basement has a nice clean look now.
