It took a couple of hours to do the evaluation. After the evaluation, it was scheduled in a couple of weeks. The whole thing was done in a day. We had one issue with them. I needed to get a permit from the town and they didn't even mention to me earlier regarding that. I think the sales guy should have done that. I had to call the town to get the permit. There was a fees for that and they didn't disclose it in the beginning. I was not too happy regarding that.

The installers were punctual and thorough. Great product and after having the softener, the water is so much better.

I found them to be punctual, polite and candid basically all of the things that you would associated with a professional service provider. It was a retro-fit to an existing system so they did a fair amount of work on it. I would give them a perfect grade if I were going to recommend them. They were terrific. I would think that the cost was fair and just what I would think I would expect to pay for this type of work. We are still using them and will continue in the future.

We were very disappointed in the quality of their work. The fact that they only make house calls on Tuesdays, made it so I had to take a day off of work. They did not bring the right box of tools with them, so I had to look in my husbands tools to find a monkey wrench they could use. I always thought they were a good company until this last year, their work was just sloppy. I have to keep using them until I can find another company that can service the water conditioning unit that I have.
