better than expected. they were prompt, professional, and very helpful. we never had central air before and everyone there took time out to hear our concerns. we were also having some issues with other service providers who were doing renovations at my house, and the cool-air guys were incredibly helpful!

I have used Cool Temp twice now and was very satisfied both times. This latest time they analyzed and resolved a problem with an 11 year old compressor. I was concerned it may need replacing or fill-up of old style refrigerant for big bucks! They analyzed the problem and corrected it promptly. I was prepared for the worst and the repair was a reasonable $240.

This was the first time using Cool Temp. Mike spliced a wire that had been cut by the fan blade. He also checked the freon level and showed me how to clean the coil. He was very professional. I will certainly use Cool Temp again.

From beginning to end, this was a very positive experience. I had four different companies come in to provide plans and costs. The layout of our house created problems in getting ductwork to two of the most important rooms. The three other companies were not able to provide satisfactory solutions to this. When Bill (Cool Temp owner) came in, he let us know that he was very familiar with our style house, and in fact had installed systems in other similar houses. He was confident that it could be done to our satisfaction. He also had the lowest price and their references all checked out very well. We set the date for installation and his crew was right on schedule. The foreman (Keith) is a real pro, and everyone on their installation team was exceptionally neat, respectful and skilled at their job. They left everything even cleaner than they found it. They were very communicative throughout the process so there were no surprises. The job ended up taking longer than anticipated, and they were willing to come back a few days later and work in the late afternoon and evening to accommodate my schedule and get the job finished without any further delay. I highly recommend Cool Temp.

Finished in 1 day, clean and professional work

He is excellent. The guy works like a dog. He works extremely hard. He does extra work beyond what he should be doing. He just goes way beyond and does the same work for the same price that other people do in two hours but he does it for eight hours. This guy is good. It cost me $2500 for the boiler and $1500 for the hot water heater.

It was one of the hottest weekends this summer and we were having my daughters 2nd birthday party on Sunday. That Saturday night we realized that our AC was just circulating air not cooling it. It was a miserable hot humid night. We frantically called several AC repair places. Nick was willing to come as an emergency repair early Sunday morning-he was here 20min after we called. He charged $150 emergency repair fee plus the cost of the repair service. I was more then happy to pay before my guest came over. Nick was great! He was such a nice guy and he had the parts on his truck needed to get our house cool again. It only took about an hour to get the work done.

They did a great job, were responsive, finished within the quoted time, and were competitively priced.

They did a good job. They were just amazing. They did in less than an hour. I would recommend them to other people. The price was very good. They were very quick and very good. Anything they did was perfect.

I was happy for the most part with them. The system was never pressurized or tested because it was installed in the winter. They ar coming back to do that.

They are very good. We had earlier problems with another company and Cool-Temp came in and did the job in a lot less time and for a lot less money. We are very satisfied because of the earlier problem with the other company. I will use them again in the future.

Very professional on the phone. They asked to see the house before providing an estimate. Came as scheduled, estimate was reasonable (not cheap, but less than some others I had received.) Two days later received a written proposal, which I signed and returned immediately. Called them at the same time and made appointment. They came as scheduled, were done in less than one hour, did not create any dust or mess. Also noted a potential problem with my old system (about 15 years old) to me on their way out, but did not pressure for followup or addtional work.

This was not an easy installation for Cool Temp to accomplish. The installation included having to go through a crawl space and walls that were difficult. They were just wonderful people and completed the work neatly and with no damage to the house. I am very happy with them and would refer them to others.
