 + -1 moreSince we aren't handy and did not have the time to install we hired a handy man to install be closet, which I recommend if you're handy otherwise it would take 3x a long but we are very satisfied with the look and quality customer service is great.

 + -1 moreSome of the worst service I have ever received! The job was never finished, but Marc Burns was trying to intimidate me into paying the entire balance. He even threatened legal ramifications for a job he didn't complete. His installers had to come back 4 times because he kept sending wrong or broken closet parts. Broken brackets, incorrect baskets followed by broken baskets, incorrect handles, missing shelves, incorrect doors, missing kick-plates...I could go on and on. Eventually, the installers he subcontracted with just stopped coming back. I have attached a picture of just one of the unfinished areas of the closet - a single handle installed in a double handle application. On a more personal note, Marc Burns is a brash, arrogant and highly offensive man. He referred to me as a "scum bag"! Even if this was somehow my fault, which obviously wasn't the case, what business owners does that? I would strongly recommend everyone stay away from this man and his company! Nightmare experience!!!
