Dealing with this company was very easy, they were prompt, patient, efficient. The picture window and 2 sliding doors that were replaced in my sunroomlook great. I had the worker come back after I discovered a 1/4 inch gap on door which was filled with caulking . This was my first major project that I had to navigate through on my own and I am not aware of how much these things cost. So I was taken by surprise on the cost. Everything looks beautiful but time will tell if the value is there. Customer service is great, everyone i talked to was helpful and I didn't have to wait for anyone to call me back. I would recommend this company.

After 50 years I decided to remodel my kitchen. I chose Alure because my sister used them to remodel her bathroom and was extremely pleased with the outcome. A salesman came to my home and provided me with a large variety of cabinetry, countertops, backsplashes, flooring right down to the hardware. The quality was far superior to other vendors and I wanted to go with someone with a good reputation. Tom Currao was the project manager and he could not have been more diligent and responsive. The total job took about 15 days to complete. I am soooooo glad I went with Alure!!! It matters who you choose, because when problems arise, you want a team that knows how to solve any issue - and Alure delivered!!! Thank you Alure for a job well done!

I have used Alure for other home improvement projects so when we decided to get our house re-sided, we gave them a call. I met with Bob Sansivero who put me right at ease and carefully explained in detail all of the steps involved with re-siding and the choices and colors that I needed to make. From my previous renovation projects, I knew the importance of a good project manager and I asked Bob to assign us a very good one. Michelle LeClerc, our project manager was extremely responsive and attentive to details. She impressed me when we did the first walk around at my house (before the project) that she would point out things that needed to be addressed that I was not aware of and promptly took care of it by writing it in her notes or taking a picture of it with her phone. If I had a question about anything with the project, or was unsure about the outside lighting or doorbell, installation she would attend to it so it was done. She answered any phone call or text that I sent promptly and I trusted her to give me the house that I envisioned. When we did the final walk-through of the house, I told Michelle that the wattage of the lights (that we had purchased for the outside of the house) were not bright enough so I had purchased different bulbs. She got a ladder from her truck and installed the new bulbs for me right away- now that is responsive. The workers that Michelle assigned to the project were courteous, respectful and hard-working. Nielsen, in particular made sure that all of the work was done efficiently and put in extra effort to give me the results that we desired. Every day that the workers were here, everything was completely cleaned up at the end of the day which was appreciated as we never had to worry about tripping over anything when we left the house. Michelle's timetable was adhered to exactly and the crew even finished up a day earlier than expected. If you are contemplating a home siding project (or any other project for that matter), look no further than Alure. This is my second project with Alure and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. My bathroom came out just great. Mr. Spinelli the job site manager is a excellent. He kept track of the installation progress and is always in contact with the customer. Any of the minor probems that arise with construction were immediately addressed. He makes hinself available should you have any questions.

Weâ re still â oohingâ and â aahingâ over the bathroom renovation project completed by Alure. We had our main bath and a ½ bath completely renovated, and Alure made the process as seamless as possible. Their whole team was well coordinated, and any concerns we had along the way were addressed on a timely basis. Weâ re already looking forward to our next project with Alure!

This is the 2nd bathroom remodel we've done with Alure, plus we've also done some other smaller jobs in conjunction with the 1st bathroom. The designer, project manager (Matt) and the construction team all did a great job. When we came across issues, Alure worked with us to find a resolution and keep the project moving forward. Couldn't be happier with the final result, will use them again and would recommend Alure to anyone with a project. Lastly, they also stand behind their work and have come back to do minor fixes on our prior project(s) with no questions asked.

To me the most important thing in getting a big home repair project completed is working with a partner who communicates about all of the details that need attention. While it was not perfect, working with Cynthia Brill made every step of the process transparent and responsive to my concerns. The workmen were all courteous, cooperative and competent. They came when they said they would and were on the level about how problems would be fixed. I had no knowledge of Alure before they did this project for me but would be happy to recommend them to anyone who had a home improvement project.

My project came out beautiful but the best thing to me about this company is they have a great service department Jen was who I worked with anything i needed to be fixed was done in a timely fashion and done right.Its so good to finally know i found a company i can trust and count on thank you Alure

We had a small job (1 window to be changed in the master bedroom). The served us politely and professionally, irrespecrive of the size of the work. We had a little hard time with one phase only (measurements), but for the rest all was just perfect

We had an awesome experience with Alure for our windows/siding project. Our sales person, Vinny did an outstanding job explaining everything in great detail. Jason, our contact person throughout the project was awesome to work with. He made sure everything was done to our complete satisfaction. Francisco and his crew did a meticulous job on our windows while George and his group did an outstanding job on our siding. They were all pleasant, courteous, professional and a pleasure to work with. We highly recommend Alure to anyone considering new windows and/or siding.

Larry did an excellent cabinet installation but I also want to credit Jennifer Stubbman who worked with me closely and with great persistence to make sure this project was completed. I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Alure, especially from Jennifer.

I had a broken Alure remodeled kitchen faucet. Shortly after calling, the parts arrived and a week later a repairman showed up and fixed it in a timely fashion. Jenn in customer service wax kind and very helpful!. Alure was very helpful!

Jen in the service department returned my calls and emails right away. The man that installed my new shower unit was very knowledgeable, worked neatly and did a great job!

We originally reached out to Alure last spring, and chose them from several contractors who quoted for the project because of their reputation and if I'm honest: just the positive vibe we got from our first meeting with their sales consultant Bob Sansivero. Incidentally, Bob was the only sales person who actually turned up when he said he would which - when you're taking a day off work to have someone come to your home - was a refreshing change. Anyway, Bob looked at our wish list, our budget and had numbers back to us in minutes. He's a proper gent. After meeting with our (exterior) designer Omar, Alure connected us with an expeditor to help us navigate the permit process. Because of where our home is, and Covid shutdowns the permitting process dragged on for months and probably wouldn't have happened without our planning expert Diane, who was in constant contact with the village on our behalf. With the permits in place, the remodel was super quick. I received a call from Tim (Olson) the day the permits arrived, and his team started the following Monday. The roof went up in a day. The siding and windows were replaced within a week. The only hold-up was a long wait for a new front door, but that happened on the supply side. Tim's team did an incredible job. We're delighted with the quality of the work. To give you an idea of the attention to detail, when the roof was going up they had a guy combing our lawn with magnets to catch any stray nails that came off the roof. I cannot recommend Alure and (especially) Tim Olson's team highly enough.

They did a great job in updating my outdated half bath.

I can't say enough good things about this company! In the spring, we contacted them to do a major kitchen renovation, which involved removing a wall, gutting and re framing the old kitchen and dining area, putting in and finishing a new wood floor, and installing all new cabinets, counter tops, and appliances. Two designers came to our home to give us a rough estimate and plan for the renovation. We told them that we had plans to go away in July, and that we were entertaining house guests the following week, so we needed the job done by the 11th. They said it could be done, and so we signed on. The following week, we went to their showroom, and what a pleasure it was to have samples of cabinets, counter tops, back splashes, etc. all in one place! We gave our designer a budget figure for what we could afford, and she spent hours with us picking out everything, and meeting our exact budget figure. After a second visit to the showroom, we had everything finalized. A few weeks later, cabinets were delivered, a demolition crew arrived to begin the work, followed by framers, carpenters, plumbers, and electricians. Each time a work crew came to our house, our project manager was there to make sure all went according to plan. He coordinated everything, including working with the appliance store to arrange for timely delivery of the new refrigerator, range, and microwave we ordered. In addition, our designer came back periodically to make sure we were happy with the progress of the work, even though her work was already completed. By the beginning of July, everything began to come together, and it was beginning to look like the kitchen we dreamed of. Within a few days, the kitchen was usable, and the only major work to be done was to stain and finish the floor. After that was done, the carpenters returned to clean up our "punch list" of minor details to be completed. They did everything - and did it well - ON JULY 11! If you are looking for a company that handles and coordinates every phase of your renovation, then Alure is for you.

Alure made the whole process of our bath remodel easy and stress free

Alure did my kitchen and bathroom, windows, siding, roof and installed the Corning basement system to my converted garage, which is now a spa/hot tub room. I had to have them come back to fix numerous mistakes, (pinhole in the shower plumbing, gap in the siding, no caulking on the window/siding seal) and now I have to replace their "30 year roof" after 13 years. I started having issues with the roof years ago and only got excuses. Now I have leaks and they say that we should share financial responsibility. At one point I was told my "half" would be $7,000. I just had an estimate that would strip the entire roof to the rafters and start fresh for $9,000. Stay away from them!!!
