I did a 5 day bathroom with them about 6 years ago and it was the best decision my family ever made. We had a horror story with our downstairs bathroom and 3 different contractors needed to come in to finish it and I went from store to store picking up all the different materials so when we were ready to do the upstairs bathroom, I was not going with a fly by night company. We got several estimates and Alure was close to the same price, but they offered so much more. I did not have to go pick out things in different stores, they brought the showroom to you and we were able to pick out everything at our kitchen table. We sat with a designer who looked at our taste around the house and was able to help guide us into picking the right color scheme, materials and help with the layout. We always assumed that since we had a 60 inch 1 sink vanity, that was what we would replace there, but with some guidance from our designer, they gave options and showed us with a 48 inch vanity, we would still get the counter space that we wanted, but it would open up the room and make it actually feel bigger. We optioned for the shower doors that had the bubble effect so that you couldn't see right through the glass, and it would give it a decorative look as well. With the pulse shower unit and rain shower that we put in the shower, it made it feel like a spa. To complete our bathroom, we fell in love with a tile we saw at the showroom in one of their displays and that was the final touch that we needed. 6 years later, it still looks brand new!

Alure is the only home improvement company we would ever use. The quality of craftsmanship cannot be matched, but more importantly, their work ethic in incredible. Sal Ferro and his staff stand behind their work and make you part of their family.After initially remodeling our kithchen and bathroom, , Alure has rebuilt our house after Sandy, and our kitchen after another flood All times, they were supportive and quick to come to our aid. We love Alure and Sal Ferro..

We worked with designer Mary Lotardo. Mary was a lovely and personable person to work with. She came up with a beautiful design for our kitchen that not only served our functional needs, but it also made the space appear larger. She was always prompt in returning our phone calls during the process to answer all of our questions about the renovations. She was so sweet with our two year old daughter in the showroom while choosing our tile and hardware designs. Mary is a true gem of a designer and anyone would be lucky to work with her at Alure. In addition to Mary's service, all of the workers were professional and courteous. Bob the carpenter was so polite as was the tile master. Dave helped the project move along in a timely fashion. Thank you Alure for our beautiful kitchen!

John has been amazing. He has been through and fair with pricing. Very realistic on the cost and anything that may come as a result of opening up the walls for work.

The Team at Alure was really amazing. Firstly we really had a team. Dan S. The Project Manager was so attentive and was there within minutes if we ever had an issue. We had a team of Bob in sales, Dan S. The project project manager, & Jeff G the team leader and primary contractor who ran the job. They were AMAZING & really professional. They defied al the typical stereotypes of contracts because they were always there when they said they would be, they were on schedule on budget and never nickel dimmed us. I also think in the end they were no more expensive and ALWAYS did what was right to get the task done right. Can't say enough good things.

Awesome work. Great crew. Joe Is the best point man for the job. The cabinet guy who worked on my house was awesome. Cabinets are perfect. Joe was super honest from the beginning and was great to work with. Great crew. If you do a remodel make sure joe is running the project. Loved that guy.

My comments and review will be divided into two parts based on my experience and the work performed. Those two parts will be sales/design and then work performed. Daniel S. the Project Supervisor, Ozzie and his team for the wood floors, electrician and Jeff the carpenter were an amazing team of skilled, courteous and professional craftsmen. They cared about the quality of their work and remained professional throughout the project. Their attention to detail and punctuality was impeccable. At the conclusion of each work day the various workmen payed even more detail to the clean-up process. With the exception of the Sheetrock & Spackling team my home and the various areas where work was performed was left amazingly clean, down to the dumpster that remained in the driveway for an extended period of time. It never looked like a construction site and the only clue to work being performed was the sign that remained on the front lawn. I am very pleased with the work performed. It is unfortunate that I have not been as pleased with the sales and design portion of the project. There were and have been hiccups along the way and as it currently stands I still have a bathroom that has not been restored. I feel that there was a great deal of miscommunication and misunderstandings, non-specific details of the project addressed prior to and during the project. I am somewhat hurt and disappointed. Completing a construction project was and remains difficult, it takes a toll on you physically and emotionally. It is stress filled. Barring this I do not want my review on the quality of work performed to be influenced by a non-marriage between myself and sales. Daniel S. and the craftsmen were amazing and the work performed met my satisfaction.

I met Gregory Griffin ne of Alure's designers at a home show. Of all of the vendors I met that day, he was the only one who actually asked about details and looked at my hopeful drawings about the remodel of our kitchen. When he came to the house and met with my husband and I, he walked us both through the process and not only was not salesy, he managed to talk me down from an unnecessary wall removal and keep my husband happy by not changing the footprint of the kitchen. He gave us definitive examples of what to expect, how things would happen and then proceeded to prove everything he said as true. When Joe Russo, our project manager got on board, the process flourished. Joe made sure that everything went smoothly. He managed the different crews that came in and really had them all doing things in a timely manner. And when things went wrong, as they inevitably do, he fixed it, immediately and flawlessly. Even at the end of the remodel, I was still concerned about some of the finishes and Joe along with Gregory made sure we were happy. I feel like they did in fact do everything they said they would do. Their customer service and thoughtful ways really put them above and beyond other contractors we have dealt with. Even my dad was impressed with how quickly and how beautifully our kitchen came out. This room was avoided at all costs by the entire family, get your milk and run was the joke. Now we have family game night in the kitchen, or a glass of wine at the end of the day and we sit in the sunlight of our beautiful kitchen with our coffee in the morning. This is a kitchen to be happy in and proud of. Thank you Gregory and Joe!

My wife and I hired Alure to perform a major alteration on our home which included an outdoor kitchen, adding a room and a few bathrooms. We had heard great things about Alure but were still nervous about such a major renovation. We absolutely made the right choice. While there were some bumps along the way, Alure was responsive and attended immediately to any concern or question we had. And the project came out beautiful. Every time we have guests that ask “who did the work?”. They always kept us informed of any scheduling changes and a neat freak, even I was impressed with how they cleaned up everything. The only downside is that everything came out so great, my wife is now hassling me to have them do our kitchen, like tomorrow!! I would absolutely recommend Alure for any remodeling project.

Earlier this year my wife and I wanted to remodel our master bathroom. We brought in 4 companies ( all referred by friends ) When the Alure design team came to my house we quickly realized that they were not just a few guys who would do the work ( and farm out some of the work.. like electric for example ) but a full end to end remodeling company where they were responsible for all the work, from start to finish. Their design team worked with my wife and I to come up with the bathroom that we wanted rather than the bathroom that was the easiest and cheapest to do. When we signed the contract, there was not a doubt in the world that we made the right decision picking Alure even with them costing more than the others we looked at. Their ? crew ? from gutting to painting were professional, neat and the workmanship ( I had a lot of out of the box custom work ) was impeccable. We were thrilled with how it came out and what impresses us even more is after the job was complete and we paid the balance, we got a personal phone call from the CEO Sal Ferro who wanted to make sure we were happy with the project and to let him know if there was any issue that we could call him directly. That was great that a large outfit like Alure to have a CEO who wants to make sure his customers are happy. We have recommended Alure to others we know and will continue to use them on any projects we plan on doing in the future. Joe Iavaroni

Complete gut of old kitchen and butler's pantry, removal of dividing wall and made into one larger room. Everything insulated, new plumbing, electrical, flooring, cabinets, etc.

We wanted a new bathroom. Called Alure was in touch with their salesman Rich Reese. He came to our home with all the samples. He was honest and upfront. He told everything that was going to be done and there were no surprises. We did have a concern though. My 86-year-old father is in the and we only have one bathroom and that was the bathroom that was being redone. Rich assured us it wouldn't be an issue and it wasn't. He spoke with the men on the job about our concerns and they looked after my father as if he was their own. Always making sure if he needed the bathroom before they did the next part of the job he could. The fact that Rich and the workers looked after my father spoke volumes to me. The work was perfect and the caring factor was superb! I have recommended Rich Reese and and Alure to many friends and family and I will continue to do so!

It is truly my pleasure to share the wonderful experience my wife and I had when remodeling our master bath, as well as, our daughter's bathroom with Alure Home Improvements. From the inception of this project, Sal provided us with superior service. We were met at the showroom by professional designers and staff who had our desires and needs at the forefront of their minds when servicing us. Attention to every detail was provided not only the by the designer who created a fabulous relaxing oasis in each bathroom, but by the installers, as well, who made sure each and every tile lined up in perfect succession. After doing more research than I've ever done for anything in my life, we ended up going with Alure for our Kitchen renovation. There were a few things that were very important to us? Design, budget, and time. When their designer Christina came to our home, I knew we were working with the right team. I use the word team for a reason. This wasn't just one of those sit down with a contractor and he promises you the world and then you get upcharged for every little thing. We designed a kitchen that we loved, Alure kept us in our budget, and once the project began the project ran on time like a well-oiled machine. Also, our kitchen ended up winning multiple awards for design. We were so happy with the work that was done and how the job was done, we're going to start sitting down in the fall to discuss a bathroom remodel.

Alure remodeled my kitchen. My designer Blythe did a fabulous job. She re-arranged the layout and it is working so well. My project Manager Joe C. was amazing along with his great crew. The crews were neat and clean. Very impressed with the whole project. Thank you again!

From the start our experience with the entire Alure team was amazing. Our first contact was with Ro Mikelinich. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable. She guided us through the entire redesign process, suggesting all kinds of options, right down to the cabinet hardware. She summarized the complete job and her resultant preview computer drawings were right on. Ro was there through the entire project, even helped us pick out the paint color for our new kitchen. Dave Weber was an excellent Project Coordinator. He explained exactly how the renovation would proceed. He was always available to assure our expectations were being met. Through all kind of weather, the project finished , even ahead of schedule. All Dave's crews were excellent craftsman, very courteous, punctual and neat. The five year guarantee is great and demonstrates the confidence and pride of the Alure team. Ro is currently helping us plan a flooring renovation in our living room. We know it will exceed our expectation. Kudos to Ro and the entire Alure team!!!!

We couldn't be happier with our bathroom. It is gorgeous. Patricia Nicolini was our bathroom design expert. She was a pleasure to work with and was able to provide the consulting expertise to create a masterpiece. Even as the workers completed the project she was always checking in to make sure the project was going well. She even took the time to pick out molding for the bathroom! I highly recommend Alure for your next home improvement project!

All work completed on a schedule. First opened roof then framing and roof shingles then plumbing and electric and insulation. Finally Sheetrock and slacking and molding. All work completed in a timely fashion.

The Alure workmen showed up exactly when they said they would, and were very professional and courteous, The doors were just beautiful. A month later we had a small problem with one of the doors, and Alure was back here in a flash to fix. So nice to have someone you can absolutely trust.

We had Alure remodel our kitchen and master bathroom and could not be happier with the results. They were very professional and their communication and follow up were exceptional. They worked with us throughout the entire process on the designs and layouts, and were responsive to any concerns we had. They even cleaned up every day on the job. Their workmanship is second to none and one very important thing you should know, they didn't disappear after the job was completed. Without hesitation, we would recommend Alure to anyone that is looking to have work done in their home.

My master bathroom needed to be completely redesigned as it was outdated. It is approximately 130 square feet so it is not a small area. I had certain requirements as I wanted two sinks, a tub, a linen closet and large shower. We were able to accomplish this fete, only with the design expertise of Ms. Patricia Nicolini. She brought a vision to this space which was both creative and unique! She devised a wet room, which we had never heard of, and gave us all of the elements we desired plus more. Along with the gorgeous fixtures, tile and cabinetry, which we ordered with Ms. Nicolini's assistance, a magnificent and luxurious bathroom was created! In sum,working with Ms. Nicolini was a pleasure and a unique experience. I would be remiss if I did not write about the excellent workmen who actually put this room together. There professionalism and pleasant demeanor helped to make a possibly onerous job, more acceptable. As always I have only good things to say about Alure. The quality of their work and excelent customer service made me return to do my bathroom after they had done my kitchen two years before.
