Person arrived with no knowledge of the system after having explained the situation to the booking person. Did not carry a pipe wrench with him, odd for a plumber. Of course, I still had to pay the full amount of the travel fee even though I knew more than they did about the problem.

It was over priced almost double as the average price online. When asked about the itemized bill, it was all summed up in one part as labor and parts not itemized. Most importantly, did not fix the issue.

The company sent Louis to do the project, he was very professional and knew exactly what needed to be done. He was mindful of the rugs we have and covered them so he would not track dirt in. He explained what he was doing at a level that I could understand. Great experience with Revenge Plumbing
