As soon as I submitted my info, they were in touch. They offered to come out that evening. I said I wasnâ t home, and they suggested the next day. They arrived promptly the next morning, efficiently replaced my water heater/removed the old unit and left the area tidy. The gentleman who did the work was competent and friendly. The price was well within the range that the two other companies that responded had quoted. Couldnâ t ask for a better experience.

I needed this done immediately to keep my insurance from lapsing because of the age of my water heater and they came and installed the day after I spoke with them. This is my hands down go to company after they arrived same day, ( actually within a short time. I had a very fair estimate which was reasonable and fair. I was treated so professionally from first moment on phone to completed job.. I even had to have extra work beyond my request and because they bill after quote on quarter hour increments it wasnâ t expensive at all. It was a pleasure to have repairs from an honest and fair company.

They are honest. Turned out it was ny septic tank, not plumbing issue. The gentleman dpent almost 45 min here and was not going to charge for even a service call. I will definitrly hire this company again!

Very nice... Explained what my problem was caused by even tho i have "odd" plumbing set up.with my house being over 100 yrs old. Very quick and good at what he does. Definitely worth the price charged
