After the visit and I had paid the bill, the plumbing problem got worse overnight. . Revenge plumbing returned to my house, fixed the problem, gave me back the money I had already paid & did not charge me for the 2nd visit.

Very Professional, had my old hot water tank and new continuous hot water system installed in a day, removed all of the old ducting for the old tank and even moved the water shutoff in my crawlspace to a more convenient spot.

Very good customer service, prompt arrival, and friendly staff. However, the technician was unable to resolve my issue during the service call. So I ended up paying for the visit without having the problem fixed. I would still consider hiring them again based on the rest of the experience.

The guys were quick and very helpful. I contacted them early one afternoon about the problem I was having, and they came to give an estimate and then completed the job by later that afternoon.

The sales person was professional and knowledgeable - responded to all questions in a timely manner. The installers were competent and capable - no problems. I would definitely recommend.
