Excellent Cust. Service from confirmation call to finish. Matt R. truly had his work cut out for him with 100 yr. old plumbing. He did a masterful job. His knowledge, skill and patience in dealing with these multi-layered and configured old fixtures was admirable, and very much appreciated. We were thrilled at their availability. Repair turned out to be relatively simpleâ in and out inside of one hour; quote for the â jobâ included complexities not encountered. We agreed in advance to the quote. Simple solution did not yield a reduced price. $302 (including trip charge) for less than one hourâ s effort appeared excessive. But weâ re glad the fix was made timely.
