They were less expensive than a quote I got from a big box store and cheaper than other plumbing quotes. As a bonus the water heater they installed is a commercial ProLine that has some additional upgrade features, like a brass drain valve and a stainless steel lower heating element.

I did something I rarely do and that is context with them off phone contact only. After talking with Andrew I found there prices to be good and their reputation giving me the confidence to proceed. They arrived on time. Completed the work quickly. They cleaned up and the work appears to be very well done. They did things to complete the work I did not think of. I have already recommended them and will use them again in the future if I have plumbing needs.

Called around noon on a Saturday, and the installer was at my house by 8:30 on Sunday.

Unbelievable service. I called at 11 PM hoping that I would get a call in the morning. Instead, I got a return call within five minutes. They arranged to have someone at my home to fix the hotwater heater by 9AM the following morning. The price was significantly lower than that quoted by another firm. Fred Lapley will be my go-to plumber in the future.
