+ 5 moreI'm an out of state investor and was fortunate enough to find Rob. Being out of state Rob checked in with me to every step of the way to make sure things were done the way I wanted done. He completed the complete remodel including: fixing walls, flooring, complete bathroom reno and redid the complex's landing. I plan on using Rob again for another project as well.

+ 1 moreRob and I signed a contract for $6500. In the beginning I was paying $500 a day and this was a NIGHTMARE. We agreed that $2500 would cover painting, roof but after he got the money he bailed on me. I was left with a leaky roof and he only painted 2 floors with one coat and white spots all over!! There was a mess all over the house. I would not trust him in a large project. His girlfriend also was very unprofessional and loud. They got the money and left me!

He did an excellent job, was easy to communicate with, had some great ideas to get the project done properly, took his time and showed up on time! I would absolutely hire him again for any additional home projects.
