I did not like they conduct business they did not give a receipt when I ask for it. The price was too much, and the job only took them 15 minutes to fix. charging for a job that is cost $300 to $450 to do. I have other projects I will consider working with them. They charge just too much $600 really. Have a nice day.

The guy was very rude and unprofessional. He didn't really care to find the solution and he charged me $500 just for putting freon. I will never hire them again. He is not willing to come back to my house and tried to fix it and he told me "good luck calling angi"

Mr. Park and his assistant installed the Thermal Zone air conditioner in one day in June, 2022 for a good price. He installed the central air conditioner with good knowledge and experiences and cleaned up professionally after the job was completed. He provides 90 days guarantee service for repair in case of any problems. In addition, he provided two free installations of two Honeywell thermostats including the parts. I would recommend his professional work to my friends and other customers. Great customer satisfaction with efficient installation!

As with other poor reviews stated Park is a fraud. Only took cash - and I mean took. Came to check the split duct problem of no cool air. He then started hawking his bs idea looking for investors which whom I have connections. Had to come back as the first add of Freon did not work and started opening up line hides cutting into covers and using this tool that shows leaks according to him. Bottom line - no cool air. Then said I need to replace the entire system including the new condenser for $5800! - of course cash. Hired another company they said you just need Freon refill. Did it and so far so good. They charged $350. If he had done the job honestly, I would have connected him to my investment friend.

Mr Park and his team installed a 2 zone mini split unit. Job was well done from start to finish. Arrived at schedule time explained tasks before completing them. Price was fair. I look forward to hiring for future jobs. I highly recommend the company!

He was prompt in responding to my calls. He came to fix my boiler and charged me $450 total which was fine; however, he removed the boiler cover, took the money, and left. He did not put the cover back, the boiler is exposed and when I called him to confront him about why he did not put the lid back on, he told me that he will stop by to fix it: I have yet to see him stop by to put the cover back on. My suggestion to him is if you took the cover off to fix the boiler then you should put it back on the way you found it after you finish your job.

This character Forest Park showed up replaced my HVAC blower fan which was in perfect condition and I later proved that to him. He then jumpered my thermostat connections so that the HVAC kept heating up all of the time. He charged me $500.00. I checked and saw the jumper, I called him he checked and said someone jumpered the connections. I connected and plugged in the defective blower fan to an outlet and showed him it works just fine. He became angry and argumentative, stormed out of my basement promising to never return. I had to pay $200.00 dollars more for other technicians to finally fix my heating problem.

Forest showed up on time and did a great job getting the boiler to work after cleaning it. We were advised to replace the boiler and he was able to take care of that as well. He and his team came back a few days later and did a great job.

Upon requesting Forest Park I was pretty skeptical about the work he would be getting done at my home. He assured me he had over 15 years of experience and that I would not be disappointed in his work and that everything would be perfect. I was impressed after 5 minutes into his work because he had already picked out the mistakes that the last person had created. He corrected it and all is well. Thank you Forest!!!

Do not hire this company!!! the forest is the biggest fraudster I ever did business with. totally overcharged for a simple job. First, he said the board was bad and the rewiring would take 3 hours and would cost $1200, then said the best he could do was $900. tried to use a lot of lingoes to make it seem like the job was complicated. He came back 15 minutes later and replaced the contactor which took all of 20 minutes -!! and still gave us a bill for $900. Oh.. he also said the thermostat was bad and he will have to come back to do a diagnostic; and replace the thermostat for $500. Ain nothing wrong with the thermostat. Just another crooked contractor.

I would stay away from this company. My heat burner was not working and hired Quick HVAC Inc. using. Got a call from Forest within a few mins and he said that he will give me an estimate for free. He came ill-prepared for the work and opened up the burner and checked around a little for the issue. Then he said that I have to get the Aqua Stat replace since it is not getting the right reading and it will cost me 1000 dollars. When I refused to do the project he came down to 650. I agreed to do the job since we were out of the heat. He went out to get the parts and to our fortune, most of the stores were closed for the New Year. So he came back and checked more and noticed that the issue was with the filter. He said he needs to fix that as well but it will cost me more. Also, he did not have a simple filter part with him which is basic for any oil heat-related job. I eventually told him to put everything back which he did and left and took $150 from me for showing up and not doing anything. Later I called another company who came and immediately noticed the issue with the filter and removed the filter and also cleared the oil line. They charged me altogether $210 while Forest was asking for over $1000. I would not recommend this company to anybody.
