They had to come out four times after the installation: 1.The sprinklers were set so that the water was a stream instead of a sprinkler, that flooded the tree beds; 2. they changed my timer for the sprinkler to go off from 7: oo, which I had, to 2:00 pm.; 3. When the fixed #1, the stream was so short that my lawn died by the tree beds; 4. They had to replace a defective sprinkler head, the installer made it very clear that since it was defective, it would be no charge, they are billing me for this. I would never recommend this company.

They did an excellent job of replacing the sprinkler valves at an excellent price

they installed my system in the summer and that was a great experience with the company. the men were very nice and did a great job. now the two men that came to shut the system down were just as nice were right on time and explained what they did and were done very quickly

The Pacific technician arrived early, determined the problem and quickly made the repair. He also checked the overall system operation to be certain it was operating properly. He was friendly and the cost was reasonable.

Outstanding repair work - timely appointment, reasonably priced, and very professional. Guido spent several hours making sure the work was done thoroughly and correctly.

Management and employees are competent, cordial, punctual and a pleasure to deal with. The work (irrigation of back and front yards) was done fast, right and without any inconvenience. The seasonal maintenance of system as well as opening and closing of sydtem scheduling and performance are not an inconvenience at all.

Jimmy Guzman was awesome to work when we needed our sprinklers moved before our lanai install. Easy to work with, efficient, polite and knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Out of all the contractors we have dealt with at our new home, he was a breath of fresh air.

Pacific sprinklers came AFTER we paid for repairs by another company that ripped us off and Pacific sprinklers were amazing! The fix all the leaks the previous person supposedly repaired. They were professional, showed up in time, were friendly and the charges were less than another sprinkler company we used. I only wish I could remember the names of the technicians. They were awesome! I never leave a 5 star review unless it is EARNED! I would hire them again without reservation.

Always pleasure to deal with this company. Scheduling is so easy, there is a wide assortment of time slots available. Every technician that has come to the house is friendly, courteous, and professional. This is how all service companies should be run!

They arrived very promptly, and dug up the area where the leak was. They determined that the leak involved a section of the water line that went to our house, and that we needed a plumber to actually fix the leak. Although they worked for over an hour to expose the leaking pipe, they could not fix it since they were not licensed plumbers. They only charged me a nominal amount for their work. I had a plumber come out later that day to fix the leak. Osman, from the Pacific lawn sprinkler company, was very knowledgeable, hard working, and honest. I would definitely use them for future lawn sprinkling issues.

ALways easy to schedule appointments on line. Hector Diaz, my technician is great - he is able to find issues that no one else could figure out. He regularly maintains my sprinkler system and repairs when needed and he is a master at installation, maintenance and repair of my landscape lighting. Highly recommend!

Excellent service. Came on time the next day to install a new timer to sprinkler system. Willie was so pleasant and explained all the programming in an understandable way. I will definitely call again if needed.

Emerson from Pacific Lawn Sprinklers came out and worked a miracle! I highly recommend him and the company. Emerson was very professional and knowledgeable.

$55 for one rotary sprinkler head and $70 for two side spray heads on existing pvc caps is extremely over priced.
