Happy to say that Metro Awnings were excellent! They arrived early and they were well prepared and did a great job with the installation. They also provided a very thorough and detailed demonstration on how the awning functions. We would definitely recommend them to others.

I had an awning installed in January 2024. I was very pleased with the whole process. I worked with Ethan and he was very professional and responsive. I received an estimate and there were no games. Appointments for both taking of the measurements for fabrication and installation were kept and on time. Ethan went out of his way to assure I was getting the awning I wanted communicating back and forth and verifying what I wanted. After the installation, I had some questions and Ethan was very patient with me and responded to all my concerns. He went above and beyond what I would expect from a contractor. I usually do not deal with contractors as I do all my own home improvement projects myself but I have heard horror stories about contractors. That certainly was not the case with Metropolitan Awnings. Highly recommend this company! Quality service and quality product.

After contacting Metropolitan Awnings, they sent a rep who showed me available options for my project, four days later the custom build was installed by their professionals and now I have a great looking custom carport. Thanks for detailed work and great results!
