 + -1 moreWhen the plumber came he concurred with Lou that the leak was due to a leak from a pipe in the ceiling.
Description of Work: Lou's crew replaced my parents roof late October 2013, it is a cape cod had slate and replaced it with shingles. Price Includes the garage and patching up a flat section of the roof. We experienced a leak this past week over the patched flat roof. We called Lou and he came promptly to investigate and said it wasn't due to his work since the roof was bone dry. He recommended we call a plumber but if in a week the roof began to leak again and there was rain we should call him and he would add more sealant to the patch, maybe a spot was missed

 + -1 moreThe house is surrounded by four trees, a White Birch tree, two Horse Chestnut trees and an Elm tree, all in excess of 100 feet tall. The land around the house lacks uniformity which makes the use of a ladder difficult. Despite these and other problems Kramers men performed excellent work. They were professional, polite, clean and efficient.
Description of Work: Cleaned 210 running feet of 6 inch half round gutters. Cut chicken wire to size and installed as gutter guard. Flushed all downspouts and sewer connections. Performed repairs and replaced sections where necessary.

 + -1 moreIt went well. The only problem was the responsiveness of the answering service. Pricing was a la carte. I would have preferred service for the day plus materials.
Description of Work: Roof repair - fix various leaking areas, replace paper and shingles, patch stack vents, install sloped roof vent, clean gutters, repair aluminum facing, repair gutters.

 + 0 moreThey do all kinds of home improvements not just roofs, which was good. They were very clean. When a roof was done there was a lot of degree all over the place. They were just very good in cleaning up. They did a great job on the roof as far as I am concerned. The price was competitive.
