 + -1 moreI contacted Mr. Martini 3 weeks ago about installing a banister on my outside stone steps. A few days later Mr. Martini came out and reviewed the job and gave me an estimate of $450 to install a custom curved wrought iron 6 foot banister on my outside stone steps. He said it would be a couple of weeks until he would be able to get the job done. We agreed on the time and the price. About 10 days later I again spoke to Mr. Martini in order to get a better time frame of when the work would be done. He did not seem to remember the job and wasn't sure if the piece had been manufactured but he said he would be definitely out the following week to do the job. I last contacted Mr. Martini on Tuesday, November 11. Again he did not seem to remember the job. He said he was working on some very big jobs. I told Mr. Martini to call me on Friday November 14th and give me a definite date that he was available do the work and that I hadn't heard from him by the end of Friday, that I would be contacting someone else to do the job.
Description of Work: Rick Martini was supposed to install a 6 ft custom curved banister for my outside steps.

Description of Work: R & G installed a wrought iron railing on our front porch. They also were kind enough to repair the porch where some of it had crumbled, and were conscientious about how to place the railing, and worked cooperatively with us.

Description of Work: I called up and spoke with Rick- the Owner on a Friday. He came over that very day to give me an estimate. He took measurements of my front entrance way (stone steps and porch) for the new wrought iron railing that I wanted installed. He brought over a design book with pictures of vairous patterns of wrought iron that he had installed in other locations. I quickly selected the wrought iron pattern I wanted for the railing. He gave me an estimate on the spot, to which I agreed. He said he could do the job the following week. His men came by in the middle of the following week to install the railing. Everything was completed in record time. I would definitely recommend this company and intend to use them again in a month or so to remove, re-paint and re-install the wrought iron railings that I have inside my house. Sue

Description of Work: R & G fabricated 2 porch iron railings and bannisters for me. Their advice was knowledgeable, professional, and spot on. They delivered, installed, and painted the railings when they said they would. The look and quality were everything I'd hoped for. Very pleasant experience.
