As in years past, Gleison Pollon did an excellent job on all 3 work jobs. The prices were excellent, the workers always on time, very professional and courteous, and all work done to my expectations and satisfaction. I used Pollon a few years ago to replace my roof and he is the only contractor I trust, respect, and who knows his craft. I have recommended him to a neighbor was very satisfied as well. We very highly recommend Polom Contracting. They replaced our roof, and did a beautiful job. From the initial inspection, Gleison Pollon was prompt and thorough, providing my husband and I with confidence that the roof will be done correctly. Gleison was there with his crew every day, and the process was completed on-time, assuaging our worry of not having a finished roof in the middle of January! Each day the crew cleaned the work areas and left everything neat and covered. Upon completion, Gleison went over the work with us, and we were pleased with every detail. A few weeks after the roof was completed, there appeared to be something on one of the roof singles. A call to Gleison, and he was there the next day and removed a small piece of metal that somehow found its way onto the roof after a snowstorm. We are so happy to have chosen Polom Contracting. Gleison and his wife are absolutely lovely people and truly a pleasure to work with.

It went ok. They just basically showed up and went through the gutters -- left a few leaves (visible from the ground) but came and did the work -- no nonsense.

Unfortunately, with a busy work schedule, I had set an appointment with the provider for early January (they knew I would not be around prior to 12/21/15 when they would be closed for the holidays). They had accepted a big job and could not honor my appointment and wanted to come prior to 12/21/15 when I was away (to fit their schedule). I needed them to perform gutter cleaning but because I have a three story house I wanted an estimate for the 3rd floor and to make sure the pitch was not an issue (additional charges outside of "the deal". I also wanted no work to be performed prior to the estimate which they could have provided onsite. However, I was pushed aside for a larger more profitable job (they explained to me that they only got half of what "the deal" cost). My cleaning would have been quick as there are few gutters and I already cleaned the lower ones but they chose the bigger contract. In my opinion, this was unprofessional and does not match the quality of service for an Angie's List provider. All other services through Angie's List have been fantastic but this was a major disappointment.

The 2 men from Polom Contracting did an excellent job on my house. They came on time and completed the job in a professional manner. Besides just cleaning the gutters, they washed with a hose any of the debris off my house and also cleaned up my steps and blew the leaves into a small pile for me. I would highly recommend them and plan on using them in the future.

They were very nice, prompt response to my email too. They schedule the services really quick and were very responsive and responsable, came on time, did the job, no problem at all. Also they were seriously working on my roof doing the job, no joke. I just count believe how many dirt stay there during the summer/fall, specially because I had paid others to do this job on the past and I never saw a job as well done and this. I purchased an Angie's list deal for gutter cleaning. Everything went very smoothly with prompt and easy communication from the provider during the scheduling process. They showed up when they said they would, and gutters are now free of leaves.

Scheduled quickly and did a great job!

Over the winter, long icicles hung over one part of the eaves, so once it warmed up I asked them to evaluate how to repair the gutter. The contractor came when scheduled. He took a closeup look and determined that the gutter was installed incorrectly. When they came to repair it, they actually had to take off the entire run of gutter, fix the eave and replace the gutter. All this while really, really high off the ground! They were professional and we've had no problems since.

originally signed up for the $99 special. he seemed professional and was able to visit as scheduled. however, he evaluated the re-pitching work on a 30 foot gutter and quoted a half a day's worth of work (for 2 men) and $500. i decided to get my refund and go elsewhere. i hired a gutter specialist for $300 who resolved the issue and even replaced hangers as well as cleaned my gutters/leaders in 2.2 hours. i think there is value to going with specialists.

Everything went well. They are great. His name is Gelson. He is perfect. They seem like a really good, reputable company. I showed him the area that I was concerned about towards the side of our house because of a tree that I did not have pruned until just a couple of weeks ago, and it looked like some of the shingles might have been buckling because of that and he said that no, they’re fine, they don’t need to be replaced or anything. And then he noticed a little bit of wood siding that he said needed to be painted and possibly it could be rotted near the edges. And he said he would take a look at that. He gave me an all-clear on the roof. We replaced the roof a couple of years ago, there wasn’t anything major but I wanted make sure because the tree was so close to the roof for about a year or so with the rain and everything, I wanted to make sure there wasn’t anything damaged and he said there wasn’t. I think they are very honest.

They are very reliable and came on time to do the job. I had to wait a little bit. The quality of work was very good.

Simple, polite, and up-front communication. A few issues were noted in the attic, but there was no pressure or hyperbole to address them. I asked about additional work in my garage while they were present, and received an estimate the next day, with my Angie's List credit included - a very nice touch.

They came in a timely fashion. They covered the roof with the tarp before they started work; they told me when they were coming and then they came as expected. They had the roof completely replaced in about a week and a half (despite further bad weather). They were very professional and were always in communication with me.

He is absolutely fantastic. We are so pleased with them. He is well priced and uses the best quality in materials. He is positive about making every one of his clients very happy. His people are very polite and respectful of your property.

He is very professional. I will continue to use him in the future. He is very flexible with my requests. The interior work is near completion, so there is no final price yet.
