Description of Work: Excavate foundation, build concrete pier to stabilize sinking foundations, waterproof leaking foundation wall, install foundation drains, landscape. Demo existing and install flagstone walkways and steps, mortared stone walls and dry stone walls, landscaped with gravel and shrubs. Cut and removed trees, regraded yard, landscaped with shrubs. Tiled kitchen. Installed and constructed wooden steps.
