We paid for a house call because they had good reviews and they tried to sell us a product we didn’t need. They used our young kids to try to make the sale saying because we had young children we shouldn’t take the chance. They also kept calling us all day offering to give us a bigger discount each time. Then the sales man called us and said he had the product at his house and could sell it to us for half the price. We just asked for a price to replace our central AC unit and never heard back from them. Our AC unit has still been working fine without the product they wanted to charge us hundreds of dollars for. They never got back to us with a price on replacing our AC unit. Don’t trust what they say is wrong they are just trying to make sales.

Very prompt, professional, transparent and clean. They saved us on a cold day when our heat went out. I highly recommend them.

They were very good, but expensive. I found I could buy that part at a major home improvement store for $20. They did some electrical work and some other work. The area was pretty clean after they left. They quality was not bad.

Comfortmaster technicians are always very prompt, courteous and professional. They keep the area clean and clean up after themselves. Their "tune-up" made our oil based heating system much more efficient and we now save substantial money on our oil bill. Service was free with our yearly membership. Parts came to about $200..

There were three employees involved in the System 2000 installation, they were all very professional and prompt. Their workmanship was also excellent.

Went with multiple quotes, the other two companies came out and said they would give us a quote, then never came back. Comfort Master gave us a break down on what they could do and what options we had. They were able to modify the duct work the way I requested to reduce the amount of interior alterations I would have to do. Their crew was prompt and very professional. We had to have them come back to rebalance the system once we started using it in ernest and they came within days and the system has been working extremely well since then( about 14 months). The heat pump allowed us to realize a $700.00 savings on our oil bill last winter .
