 + -1 moreWe are entirely satisfied with the prompt service. The tree and stump were removed and all debris cleaned up so that we can plant a new tree. Eric also straightened and staked a young tree for us with no extra charge.
Description of Work: Cut down and remove old Apple tree, partly down from March storms.

 + 1 moreThey are fast and have a great amount of attention to detail. I might add they are perfectionists and eager to please.
Description of Work: We have a rather large landscaped property overlooking the river and Eric and his team are always punctual, accommodating , extremely professional and willing to perform an array of services. They have edged, mulched, trimmed, fertilized, planted trees and replaced diseased or dying bushes, in addition to trimming our ever wild hill.

 + 0 moreCalled and got an estimate the next day. After getting other estimates, gave Legacy the job. Eric the owner said that he would do the job the following week. Legacy showed up and trimmed and pruned one large maple tree removing all dead and broken branches and removed approximately fifteen from the main branches. To accomplish this he utilized his bucket truck for approximately half of the job, then physically climbed to the very top of the main branches to finish the trimming. He was amazing and always utilized safety equipment. He then trimmed overhanging branches on a smaller maple tree. All large branches were removed from the property and my yard was thoroughly raked of small branches and debris. Great job.

 + 0 moreI called Erik on Tuesday in a panic. The yard was fully of leaves and they were predicting 10 inches of snow. Erik checked his schedule and said he would see if he could do it Wednesday but he had another appointment. Luckily he called back in a few minutes to say the person had left amessage canceling Wednesday morning and he would be at my house between 7:30-7:45a. Erik came promptly ay 7:30a and started right away even before I got outside. We talked about what was needed and negotiated a price and off to work he went. I had to leave to go to work but he sent me a text with a picture of my completed yard and a happy Thanksgiving. I could not have asked for better service. Quality work and a genuine nice guy. Cannot wait to recommend him to my friends for yard work. Definitely made my holiday much nicer. Would NOT hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

 + 0 moreI cut down 5 huge pines and didn't have time to cut the branches down to 4 feet, and bundle them with twine like my town required. I piled them on a huge pile across the front of my property and called Erik. He was there within hours. He safely chipped up all the branches and brush and cleaned my mess up like it never happened. Perfect customer service!
Description of Work: Erik came and chipped up 5 pines worth of branches from trees that had been cut down.

 + -1 moreI had 5, HUGE, 150+ year old sugar maples that were starting to lean onto power and phone lines. They were so big that they became a threat to my neighbors house, pedestrians, and passers by. Erik came within hours of my initial call to him to survey the work and provide a quote. Once i decided to go with him, he was there a couple days later doing the work. He cut the tree's down with great care. There was a big snow storm coming and we were concerned with the weight of the snow possibly toppling the trees. He worked hard and safely on a difficult job and didnt stop until it was almost finished and work area safe. He came the next day to tidy up. I had specific instructions as to how the job needed to be done and he followed them precisely. The sugar maple wood is great for my wood stove. Erik left certain parts of the tree's in a safe location and cut to my specification. At the end of the job, i surveyed my property, and it was as if he nor the tree's were ever there. I could NOT have been happier. I will definitely use Erik again without hesitation.
Description of Work: Erik felled 5 great old Sugar Maples on my property. He carefully and safely cut them down, disposed of the branches, and followed my instructions perfectly.

Description of Work: The owner came to my house and gave me an estimate on small tree removal in 2005 and in 2006 I called him again to get an estimate for a retaining wall in my backyard. Mr. Lagace was very punctual. Never once did I have to wait nor reschedule an appt with him like I did with so many others. I also appreciate how professional he was, very polite and courteous and straight forward. I really liked his ideas as well. He always gave me several options and would tell me the difference in price vs quality of the products that I needed to order for the wall. (that was really important to me since my budget wasn't huge) Once we decided on the design and materials he went right to work and took only one day to complete my wall!!! I was amazed how much was done from morning till evening and it was exactly like I hoped it would turn out. Plus with the extra gravel and tubes that he built into the wall I no longer have flooding in my backyard...less mud and much less mosquitos !!!!! Thank you for going above and beyond just building a wall but completing our backyard!
