We were assisting a friend with getting her home back in shape. Her roof had some major holes and the shingles were shot. There was internal damage to the plaster walls due to the leaks, so it was imperative that we get this done well and quickly. We were very impressed with the professionalism and the time the representative took with us, not only once but twice to really check things out before quoting a price or beginning any work. Once we were able to get into the attic of the home being repaired, a representative came out a second time to be sure that we wouldn't have any surprises. They really tried to work with us on a fair price talking us through all of the different options. They started and finished the job on the same day and did an awesome job cleaning up the yard. We were very pleased with their services and will be re-engaging them for some new windows in the same home.

Alex arrived on time, was professional, and quietly but quickly climbed up the ladder to the roof. The roof inspection consisted of an iPad video that he downloaded to my iPad and a discussion of potential problems he observed while walking around my roof. No photos or written report were provided. He stated I had 4 shingles with exposed nail heads but did not caulk any of them. He performed no flashing, even though I was eligible for up to 4 penetrations. My pipe collar was not resealed since, according to him, it had been caulked previously. I was not advised on the potential life expectancy of my roofing shingles (other than the ones he pointed out that had exposed nail heads that needed replacement), and no other general maintenance was performed. He did not indicate he had checked for any interior leaks not noticeable from the exterior. No potential plan of action was provided, other than a recommendation to replace my roof with lifetime IKO shingles at a proposed price of $9,998.00. I have never experienced any leaking or problems with my roof since I purchased my home in 1998.

They did a super job. They were responsive, professional and prompt. They cleaned up very well and finished the job when they said they would.

It did not go well. It says they give free estimates. However when I called to schedule a time for the estimate, I was told there is a $300 fee. If f you proceed with them they will credit that towards the job. That's not a free estimate.

The workman were professional and personable. Vasily came to our home twice, before and after the work was completed. The roof looks amazing. There was one small issue after the fact, but they were forthright and immediately responsive about its correction which will happen tomorrow. To us, how a company responds AFTER the fact says a great deal about their character and commitment. We will whole heartedly recommend Home Evolution and will use them again in the future as needs arise.

The replacement was done within two weeks, and within a little over a half-day! Very thorough, numerous guys there to do the work, and cleanup. They covered all the landscaping, and only broke a couple of plants, which they offered to replace.

The job was complicated by various poor construction choices by various owners over the years. Preparing the house involved the solution of more than a few carpentry problems. Home Evolution was able to tidy up all of those issues and produce an attractive, clean job for siding and trim. Leo and his crew were great to work with. I might have paid a bit less elsewhere, but then I would have risked a cheaper and less satisfactory outcome. Home Evolution did a quality job and left me with no regrets. Highly recommended.

They responded quickly when I called and arranged to inspect the roof within a day. Other contractors didn't return calls or said they had other commitments. They found a bad seal around a vent in the roof and some nail holes in nearby shingles. They showed me on a cell phone what the problem was and went over how they proposed to fix it. The price was reasonable so I agreed and they immediately patched the roof to prevent further leakage. It snowed heavily the next day so their quick work did prevent further damage. When they returned the work was done quickly and professionally. I wouldn't hesitate to have them work on my house in the future.

The person providing the estimate was very nice but there is no way I'm paying $5508 for 18 feet of soffit repair. F for professionalism on the part of the woman who was fishing for my personal information. I was going to cancel based on that interaction and wish I would have since the estimate was a waste of my time.

They were very accommodating. They did a good job. They have great work ethic. They take great pride in their work. We did have one issue, but they were on it and fixed it to our satisfaction.

Overall it went well. They could have communicated a little better after the contract was signed but they arrived when promised explained what they did sfter workvwas completed. Cleaned up well and did it all in one day.

These guys are amazing. We bought our house in September only to be told by our lovely insurance company a month later that if we didn't replace the roof, they would be terminating our coverage. They gave us 30 days to get it all done. Igor came out to our house, gave us his presentation and quote and promised us that they would get our roof done by our required deadline. Their quote was reasonable and we couldn't be happier that we went with them. There was some rescheduling due to weather, but in the end, they got everything done in two days and the house looks amazing. They showed up at sunrise and didn't stop until the sun went down. Home Evolution were great to work with and they provided quality workmanship. During the siding job they uncovered numerous problems that were the result of the original builders poor workmanship. None of the windows were flashed and the house was poorly and only partially wrapped with Tyvek which resulted in areas of rot and carpenter ant infestation. They were very thorough in resolving these issues and my mind is at ease now knowing that the work was done right and with much better quality siding. The roof was done in one day, actually in about 6 hours and it looks great. They provide you with a very thorough proposal and use video of your home to point out specific areas of concern. Their pricing may not be the lowest, but they are competitive and you get what you pay for. I highly recommend them. See before and after pics. Before pic shows 20+ year tan siding and roof. Now we just need to replace the garage doors to complete the project, but unfortunately they don't do garage doors.

The estimator made a video with sound as he walked the roof. When he was done he showed us the damage on each peak. He showed us a model of each type of vent material as it would be applied to the roof and then gave us his recommendation. The installation went very well. Ivan our installer worked non-stop on a very hot day for Sept. It was a 9 hr. job from start to cleanup and loading his truck. It looks great!

He's very quiet and he did a very good job. I was worried about any shingles being broken, but everything turned out fine.

When I requested an evaluation on line as to whether or not my roof needed replacement, I received a call back within 30 minutes and a convenient time was set. The evaluator was punctual and took ipad pictures of the roof to explain the rationale behind needing a new "shingled" roof on the steep side of the house, but only a coating for the flat side of the house. He explained the history of the company, showed pictures of the care they took to eliminate damage to surrounding landscaping, and presented the company's status from several rating/referral services, including 99% positive, but one less than outstanding customer response. No one is perfect, and it assured me at least he was being honest. He proceeded to explain differences between shingle manufacturers, warranties, and grades of shingles. Only when I decided what manufacturer, warranty, and type of shingle I wanted, did I get an estimate and there was no pressure to make an "on the spot" decision. The work was done within a week and it looks incredible. I would recommend this company.

Very professional, did more than contracted = re-caulked gutters for me. Work completed in one day, start to finish. Typically I'd question getting all this done on one day, 2500 sq foot home. But watching the well coordinated team work the job was done right. Quote was cheaper than other quotes, and included more work and higher quality material. Only negative, it was a bit windy that day and a lot of plastic blew around into our woods. One large piece high in a tree could not be retrieved. 98% of all debris was picked up. Just some blown into woods was missed. They did walk through with me picking up those wind blown bits. So my complaint is minimal, just think maybe one guy should have been policing wind blown stuff on that windy day. Other compliant, we had one shingle bowed that didn't look like it was settling down. After a month of hot weather I called, left a message and never got a reply. But I only called once, and a month later the shingle did settle flat. Over all; I would highly recommend Home Evolution. Fair price for high quality work and material.
