Satisfied , but price a bit expensive..

They were the best - professional - here at 7 a.m. worked throughout the day, finishing at about 6:30. Never found a single nail on the ground after they left. Checked the siding for marks from falling shingles (and washed the siding when they found a few spots). Informed us throughout of progress and showed us videos. They removed old skylights for me. Would not fail to rehire or refer - great company.

Home Evolutions came out with an estimate quickly. On the day the roof was replaced, the crew showed up on time and prepared to work. They were very efficient and professional. After finishing the project , they swept the front, back and side lawns for any debris and nails. My new roof looks great and my yard and plants did not get damaged. I owe this to the professionalism of the crew.

They were prompt, professional and thorough. The estimator climbed up on the roof and took a video of the problems so i could see what was wrong. Then when the work was done, they provided another video of the repair. They also brought in someone who fixed a gutter.

Everything went smooth from the estimate to the installation. Explained in detail what we needed and showed us video of the roof, both before and after the roof was completed. All people involved were very pleasant and professional. Would , without a doubt, use them again.

In a recent wind storm I lost a good number of shingles on my roof. I immediately contacted Home Evolution and everything was a breeze! Despite have to reschedule due to multiple snow storms that followed, they were very prompt and punctual. Once we got a clear enough day to have a roof inspection done, the roof was fixed within two days (!) by very friendly and diligent folks. Highly recommended!

Beyond excellent. I didn't have one problem. The foreman, Igor, was right up on the roof to make sure the crew was doing everything correctly. They were very hardworking and did a great job. The second crew and foremen, Igor and Leo, were just as good, if not better, than the first crew. They also had a crew put the gutters on as well. I would give them all 10 stars!

What a true waist of time. The estimator sat in his truck for a long time trying to figure out whether to do the job or not! When he did get out, 1st thing he said is he could not get to the job for at least a year! ***, he could have just told me that when he 1st contacted me and it would have been over at that point. Why waist my time to set up an appointment and even come! I am glad they have that much work, but this was one of the stupidest things I have ever been involved in! Really I would never call this company to do work ever! Sorry Home Evolution's this is poor service at best!!!

Excellent! This company installed a new roof at my Latham property a month or so ago and did an amazing job! They are very hard working and don't mess around. They are there to get the job done and that is exactly what they did. They tarpped my home to protect the windows, etc. and also tarpped the grounds so that nails/woods would end up on the tarp and not the lawn. I found one nail three weeks later. Awesome job guys! I would hire this company again without hesitation!

It went perfectly. They had it done in a day. The quality of the roof was much better than the original roof on the house. The cleanup was fantastic. The prep and communication was great. The team was professional. No damage to the house or property. It couldn't have gone better. Great job and very professional. One of the best experiences I've had with getting a roof on my house. I've recommended this others so far.

I read reviews that made me think this company would try to hard sell you and pressure you into signing with them and not allowing you to compare their price against others. Then someone else told me that they’d try to sell me a whole new roof instead of repairing my problem. I decided not to call them and they’ve called me MANY TIMES, making me feel like the hard sell reputation is legitimate. To be fair, I haven’t called them back, so I can only speculate, but from what I can tell, I feel like not returning their calls was the right decision.

It went very well. They were very professional, respectful & cleaned up the mess very well. Timing was somewhat frustrating as they set up appointments and cancelled several times due to weather concerns.

They put a new roof on our Victorian home and did a great job. This was not a simple roof... very steeply pitched with a number of different peaks and valleys. They were fast and easy to work with. When they accidentally damaged a EPDM section in a valley (that was in good condition and not part of the estimate), they replaced it at no additional charge. Highly recommended!

Actual worked performed was excellent. However, I obtained the estimate and contracted for the work on November 13, 2017. I was told that the work would probably be done the following week. I did not hear from them and finally called on December 4, 2017. The person I spoke to seemed surprised as if my repairs weren't on their schedule. She said that she would check it out and get back to me. Not hearing back from her, I called the next day to cancel the job. She said that the work would be done that Friday, December 8. They did show up on Friday and as I said, they did an excellent job.

Very punctual. Cleanup was excellent. It’s only a year old so hard to say regarding f/u calls. Hopefully won’t need any

I was very pleased from the initial phone call throughout the project. I had tried to contact several roofing companies and Home Evolutions was prompt in calling back as well as scheduling an estimate. The estimate provided was detailed and the timeframe for estimating job target date was pretty accurate. The job was completed in one day. It was a long day for the crew but it worked well for me to have them start early and complete job in the same day.

I called them and there was a huge price difference from the price that I found on a website. It was free. The guy was thorough, he went up on the roof. He did a good job, except when we got down to the dollar and cents, he didn't understand what I was trying to tell him about the price on the website. The guy was prompt and on time. He's a very sociable type of person. He was very polite and professional. I looked up their jobs and that's why I called them because I liked their work. It's just when it got down to the dollars and cents there was a big difference. They should make a comprehension of what they have offered for the site that I'm a member of. The book was like a 10% discount. They said it wouldn't apply to the size on my house. When I looked online they had packages and a package that would fit my house. I don't think they're aware of what they were offering.

It went great. Just never came back for the sign or to bring the 2 sheets of plywood I paid for. Disappointed that's all.
