The installation process went EXACTLY as promised. The crew arrived on time. They all knew their job, and they worked from sun up, to sun down. In spite of some snow being on the old roof, the quickly took care of everything including a total clean up and removal all in one day. Although the price was a bit higher than I expected, I feel that we made a good choice.

I could not be more pleased with the excellent work and professionalism. From Alex who came when I had a terrible leak into my house and explained to me what happened. He went up on my roof and took a video. Showed me exactly what it was. Explained my options. No pressure. My choice to do what I wanted. I decided to replace the entire roof (24 yrs old). When they came to do the roof they were most cognizant of my property. They came right on time and it took them 10-1/2 hours to complete the job on a very complicated roof. The materials they ordered were exact. The foreman Vadim took great pains to fix the main problem himself while his team worked on the entire roof. He was polite and very professional and caring of my property. They did an excellent job. Each member of his team worked very hard, including 2 women. Never wasted a minute. I am so happy with my roof and feel so much safer with it. They are not cheap but I was not looking for a bargain when it comes to my home. Their price was very fair. I highly recommend this company.

Ivan the supervisor was a very kind young man. He and his entire crew work hard during a rather cold temperature.

They went right down to the trusses, replaced all the plywood, put on new shingles, repointed the chimney and new flashing for the chimney.

I would have no problem recommending this company however I question some of their methodology. Cleanup was very good but doing it in the dark was not very reassuring but they did do a follow up the following day. I had only one complaint and if I had notice it I would have missed some leaks from incomplete work. I have a walk in attic and because of the hammering and nailing dust and debris were all over the place and I was very disturbed. I called the office and they had a crew there the following day and they did an exceptional clean up job and they also discovered a few leaks which again was repaired the following day. they also discovered that I had chimney problems and showed me the problems on their cell phone which I greatly appreciated. I asked that they email a copy of the filming so I could show and discuss the matter with my chimney repair man, but I never received that filming. All over an excellent job with a few minor complaints.

The workers were very hard workers. They did not stop working from the time they started in the morning until the work was done. To replace the roofing on the bay window took another 4+ hours. Again, they worked very hard to complete the repair. We do have one unpainted board left but that may have to be painted like the house. Painting was not included in the contract however. The roof looks great. They also did a great job of removing debris and cleaning up, as promised.

The workmen arrived @ 9 am started on roof repair ASAP, were very professional, did a GREAT job, & were finished by 12 noon. I highly recommend them.

Having had a somewhat negative experience with a previous, now non-existent, roofer five years ago, we hired Home Evolution to repair the mistakes. I was impressed with Home Evolution s entire process. Igor, who gave the quote, represented his company well, clearly explaining what needed to be done along with photos taken while he had been inspecting the dormer roof. Andre, the roofer, kept us informed and answered our questions as the project progressed. The quote was higher than others but they also did a more complete job and made us feel confident that our leak issues had been well addressed. We would definitely recommend Home Evolution.

Very low-pressure salesmanship (always truly appreciated!). Remarkably professional, punctual and nonsensical job execution, despite many unexpected problems. Impeccable communications and great cooperation by all people actually doing and/or supervising the job, the home office staff and the financing company. This experience turned from a very high anxiety experience to a much needed sigh of relief in less than eight hours. Our original roof was old and worn after 22 years. We had Serge from Home Evolution come up in June, 2018 to give us an estimate. He provided us with fully detailed estimate and provided us with photos of the roof along with problem areas. We chose the IKO Architectural shingles with the lifetime warranty. The work was started and completed on 8/27/18. Along with the shingles and underlayment they installed new boots on all the pipes, new vinyl ridge vent along with ice shield flashing. My wife and I both feel our expectations were not only met but exceeded. We have now gone through winter storms of 2018 along with heavy rain storms in the spring and summer of 2019 without any problem whatsoever. Home Evolution even came back and inspected their own work a year later and again provided us with photos taken with their drone. All this for a â veryâ reasonable price.

Installation was fantastic! Quality of the materials is superb, and the on the spot expertise of the work crew leader Vadim was so evident throughout the project. I would certainly hire them again!

I had a small asphalt roof repair which Home Evolution responded to by sending their tech Alex to view the repair. He arrived on time and was able to do the repair, took extra time to examine the surrounding shingles and chalked around the chimney all for a very reasonable price.
