I recently had my whole roof replaced by H.E. This included a large shingle section and an expansive flat roof. The crew's work was precise and neat throughout the project. I was kept informed by the foreman as the work progressed. He showed me pictures/videos of areas which needed extra attention. Upon completion, the site was carefully cleaned up. Coupled with good craftsmanship was the use of high quality materials.The workers obviously took pride in their efforts. It is notable that my next door neighbor related to me how polite and considerate the workers were. I highly recommend Home Evolution.

I will start off by simply saying they were the highest quote we got for our roof. We still chose them. Our house is a smaller house but it had mold problems in the attic from years of neglect by previous owners and some install mistakes by myself. They inspected the attic, told me what needed to be done, and surprised me at how it was not the end of the world. They laid out all the costs, where we could save money and we signed the contract that day. They showed up on time (7am) and were done by 5pm including cleanup. This job consisted of replacing ALL the plywood on the backside, new vents and vent hood for the bathroom exhaust, cutting and installing a full length ridge cap and drip edge, etc. Crew was very knowledgeable of code, best practices, and tips for us to make the rest of the house look good (not a sales pitch either!). I could not ask for more.

From the original estimate to some minor interior repairs after replacement of over 20 year old skylights, everything was done professionally and on the time frame that best worked for us. Our project was a rather complicated one and took 2 crews a full day. As it was just about dark when they finished, they returned on the next day to clean up anything they might have missed. As this was during the state lockdown, we requested a delay on the minor interior work and they happily obliged, returning when we felt comfortable. Many of my neighbors, who are more knowledgeable about roofing, asked â  who is doing the work?â  , so they could keep them in mind for their future projects.

From my first contact with Home Evolution, I have been extremely pleased. The communication was great and the workers actually showed up on time! Talking to Serge about my roof replacement estimate felt like talking to a friend. The job was scheduled, delivery of materials went smoothly, and the work expertly performed. Great care was taken to protect the house and clean up was very thorough. I highly recommend this company.

The team arrived right on time. They worked professionally and carefully and finished the job in less than one day. The cleanup was great. Have not had a chance to check the attic for leaks. The only reason I gave less then 5 stars (would like to have rated 4.5) was fairly trivial - they forget to put my downspout tail back on and tramped through the garden bed (although I will say we did not tell them to avoid the garden). And they came back the same day to reinstall the downspout tail. That is great customer service. I would definitely hire them again.

My husband and I were very pleased with the way the work was done and especially the completed job. The arrived promptly, worked tirelessly and didn't leave so much as a nail on our lawn. The roof looks great; they had a problem around our chimney but returned to redo the entire area. They also redid an area that was inadvertently damaged when one of the ladders was taken down. The entire area was promptly redone. I would not hesitate to have Home Evolution do work on your roof.

We needed two skylights replaced on our roof called Home Evolution. Sean came out inspected our skylights and roof and answered all our questions and concerns. We knew we probably need the roof replaced so we got a quote and we're quite pleased with the quote. I had several companies give us quotes and Home Evolution was very competitive. We went with Home Evolution . The crew came on time the day of installation and we're done within 4-5 hours They cleaned up and looks great Skylights look fantastic clean up complete and maticulious. Over all extremely pleased with this company and will have them back in the future as needed for the other side of house.

After getting estimates on replacing my roof and 2 skylights from four other contractors, Home Evolution came in $2000 to $3000 lower. the work & cleanup were done in a day. They were very efficient, did quality work and after three years, there have been zero problems.

They were in at 8 am like they said and they finished round 11 am.

This company is very professional and very consumer-oriented. Was a pleasure to work with and they did a great job.
