They were prompt, scheduled me in very quickly (within 2 weeks), and did all they say they were going to do. In addition, they did not try to upsell additional products unless they and I thought they were necessary (like additional warranties, high-end roofing substrate, etc.). They were very thorough and cleaned up all the 1 million pieces of roofing materials very well. One minor issue - they forgot to cover by sealing a few nail holes in a roof surface; however, Alex asssured me that he would quickly address this.
